Time of Reading 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5]. Now, we find there HAVE existed more serious distresses in the physical functioning of the body than at present; yet in the changes as may be wrought for further and more complete corrective measures, would bring very much bettered conditions in the physical functioning of the body. These kept in accord, will bring the near normal reaction. The conditions, as we find, have to do with the nerve exhaustion in the physical functioning, and resultant conditions from same that causes this lapse of activity in the system.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [5] we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find in quantity near normal; in quality we find changes are taking place; that is, there will be found a variation in pressure; also in the reaction IN blood through the acid as exists in the system and the reflection of same in the supply; as will also be found the accumulations or the drosses in the impairing of the proper capillary and proper internal circulation coordinating. These bring for the system those conditions wherein the fullness is felt at times, the heaviness in the extremities, the tendencies of the conditions as felt in head, in the sensory system - as the variations in the hearing, the eyesight, the tastes of foods, the general reaction of the body to those forces in the imaginative system; that is, the response as the body makes to outside influences.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM - Here we find the greater cause, or the distresses as have existed and as DO exist at present in the system. Through the intestinal tract, and in the vegetative nerve systems, we find the seat or the cause of the distresses; so that there is the form of a prolapsus as once existed to some extent, bettered. As to the adhesions as have existed, as to tissue through the intestinal system - as showed distress; this first brought this over amount of accumulation of acid, of poisons, of distresses through the

system, that caused the breaking down, as it were, of the cerebrospinal nerve plexuses in their relationships to the assimilating and digestive system. Little foods digested or assimilated properly. This, of course, is rather as history than present conditions; though these tendencies still exist in system. There are lesions, then, formed in the lumbar - 2nd and 4th, specific; in the sacral, coccyx. These also give or show the effect of distresses as HAVE existed. Tendencies STILL exist. Also we find in the 8th dorsal center an accumulation of energies not directed in their proper relationships to the whole of the intestinal system, or to the functioning organs. As from the 8th and 9th dorsal plexus, we have those radial forces as come to the activity of the kidneys; of the vegetative system; of the sympathetics in their activity through the intestinal tract. These show pressures that cause distress. Sympathetically, also, for the heart's action, there comes the condition through the secondary cardiac plexus, or those in the 3rd and 4th dorsal plexus; and naturally through those secondary cardiac forces there we have those in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus. These in their crossing, especially to the lower portion of the brain centers, through the 2nd and 3rd cervical; ALL of these centers need their attention in BRINGING FOR the system the coordination between the cerebrospinal, the sympathetic system. Stimulating to the system, so that drainages are set up for a NORMAL elimination of the body. Stimulating also to the capillary circulation, or to the external circulation, so that the vegetative system is drained, and there is coordination between the eliminations as through the alimentary canal and the respiratory system.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES - These, we find, show rather distress sympathetically, than of ORGANIC disturbances. Functional in their nature.
6. In the applications, then, for the betterment of the conditions:
7. Rest. That of a normal amount of activity, and of rest. These should be taken AS medicine; that is, specific amount of exercise, with sufficient amount of rest.
8. The manipulations to bring for those conditions as have been described.
9. The diet to make for the coordination in eliminating and assimilating system, with that of the reaction to be in the nature of the alkalins for the body; so that the change in the blood stream is brought.
10. Also we would apply those of the sinusoidal forces, making the application of same in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal

plexus, and that of the 4th lumbar plexus. This should be of the LOW form of the vibratory forces. This we would apply about once each week; while those of the manipulation should be a STIMULATIVE manipulation each day, in the beginning, and a GENERAL treatment - with CORRECTION of the pressures in system - about once each week, until the system, or body, HAS been aligned, or the body has relaxed sufficient that the manipulations AND adjustments in same may be oftener, or in accord WITH the conditions as arise.
11. In the matter of the diet, these - we would have that which is ALKALIN reacting, keeping much in the first portion of the manipulations, with the diet, those of the alkalin eliminants. Plenty of soda, but do not over charge same.
12. This, we will find, will bring the normal forces for this body. Ready for questions. [5].
13. (Q) Should there be a supporting belt for prolapsus? (A) If there is not too much exercise taken, and if the proper manipulations are given, this would not be necessary - but may be taken as a precaution. We would rather use that of a bandage, than of a belt - during the present season.
14. (Q) How much exercise at a time, and when? (A) Early morning exercise is well. Late in the afternoon. REST during the other periods. Stay in of nights!
15. (Q) Any special kind of exercise? (A) Walking or riding, these are very good - provided they are not OVER done.
16. (Q) What is the condition of the thyroid? (A) This, as we find, is more the effect of the nervous system, than of disorders directly with the condition. It is rather in that condition of a STARVED condition; though taking in the condition, that the manipulative measures is for drainage, and that the diet is for the building up of the system, these - as we find - would be cared for in that as has been given.
17. That is all the questions regarding this body.
