1. GC: You will give in detail, and in a definite manner, understandable to the human mind of to-day, a mental, spiritual and financial reading, with suggestions how to better develop each. You will answer any questions relative to these that I may ask. Questions that should not be answered, you will say, "Not given from here."
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. The mental and the spiritual we have had here before. In the mental and the spiritual, which are companions in the development, or the improving of conditions that relate to the physical or the material world, in these there has been given that the development either mentally or spiritually, which may not be developed; that is, the spiritual, only the mental may be developed in accord with the spiritual forces as will be allowed to manifest through the physical in any capacity in a material world, as in this: There has been given those conditions for which the body may develop in the material world. In those developments, the entity must choose for itself, for without the volition of the will the entity only becomes as a pawn that is moved by the will, or dictates, of some other entity.
3. Then, in the developing of the mental for the best develop- ment in the material world, best that the entity first gain the knowledge of self in its relation to the spiritual and material world. The better development for the entity will be in those lines and endeavors as has been given, in that of the management of conditions or business that has to do with the credit or extended credit to individuals in other planes or circumstances.
4. In the development, then, the entity uses its will force, as would be varied by the experiences of the mental forces of the body.
5. In the financial, this we find would be the outcome of the endeavors in a material world, with those volitions of the mental and physical actions, and must be of the own entity's will an not from the forces as here. These may only give those which would be a choice between any given

conditions that might be manifested in material forces.
6. In the developing, then, of the financial forces for the entity, be well that all of the relative forces with the mental and the material be weighed well together, and that choice made wherein the entity would develop for the betterment in a financial world. This, too, we find, without the volition of the entity, there will be financial funds in the hands of the entity, [8]. These should be handled in the manner in keeping with the mental forces, weighed with the spiritual understanding of self and the duty to others.
7. In the financial field, there are many opportunities that will be presented to the body. These must, however, come through the action of the entity's will forces in the entity. In any place the body may choose, the entity may develop in the spiritual and the mental, and financial. The cares of the entity should always be placed in that inner self, the spiritual, and using then the mental forces to develop to that way that will bring the better forces to the body.
8. (Q) At the present time, give the name of the city this entity should make his business career in, and state why. (A) Any that he may choose for himself.
9. (Q) Mention one venture, or proposition, this entity, [8], should undertake. (A) Shows, or the propositions that would carry the entity to the South and West from place of birth.
10. (Q) Would selling real estate in Florida be the proper thing for [8] to do? If not, what would be, under present conditions and circumstances? (A) This might be very good, but the entity must first sell the proposition to himself, or no success can be made. The entity has had a demonstration of this in its own experience. Profit by that. That is, no success can be made unless the entity, through its own will force and own volition, is satisfied in its inner self with the conditions surrounding the venture. Then, with that condition, the entity has that capacity to make a financial success of any undertaking, but must first sell self on the proposition. That is, again, do not worry about conditions existing in the financial strain at present. Only make the self, through its spiritual and mental, comply with those requirements to make the success the body desires.
11. We are through for the present. [GD's memo: The above was Mr. [8]'s last personal reading. For subsequent correspondence see 8-4 Reports.]
