1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [13] this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are many changes in the physical forces of the body from that as we had here before. Many are better in some ways. Others, as in general debilitation from excesses of poisons and strains produced in the system, by the attempts to create for the body - or through the body - the excess of functionings of portions of the system to overcome these conditions, then, have brought - do bring - those weaknesses that make for distresses at times in the body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as WE find them with this body, [13] we are speaking of, at this time:

4. THE BLOOD SUPPLY, shows the effect of the disorders and the character of same, especially as to how it - the circulation and disturbance - AFFECTS the vitality of the system. From the amount of poisons as have, and do, accumulate at times in the system, we have that slow or sluggish feeling. The rest of evenings or nights does not bring that pep, vitality, back to the body as it once did, or SHOULD, even under the increased age or used up forces of the system. This the characterization or character of the disorder itself. At times we will find the blood pressure high. At others we would find it near normal, and at others low. This would depend upon the cycle of functioning, or how CLEAR the system is of poisons. These poisons, as we find, are as infections in the colon, that affect the other organs of the body. There is a prolapsus in the transverse colon. Hence the heaviness that is felt oftentimes, especially in the abdominal regions and of the back, if the body is on the feet for any great length of time, or if there is an over MENTAL strain - or long periods of same we

13-2 Page 2

find rather as dizziness, and as unsteady in vision, and bad tastes in the mouth. These are the effects of the circulation with those contaminations or poisons AFFECTING various portions of the body by the direction of same through concentrated effort on the part of the sympathetic, or that of the involuntary reaction of nerve and circulatory system in reaction together.

5. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, through the continued or constant use of those properties as would bring for the gastric activity of the system to PREVENT the acidity in system, and a constant exciting of the muco-membranes in the lower portion of stomach, duodenum, and through the jejunum, these have weakened the activity of the nerve impulses from those centers in the cerebrospinal system, or the normal activity of the nervous system through impulse to become active with same. Hence we have at times across the diaphragm area, and between the shoulders, those tendencies of aches and acute pains, heaviness in the feet, easy for the body to contract cold or for congestion to afflict the body, with drafts, or especially when dampness or cold feet are the effect, and affecting the conditions in the system. As we would have, from the impaired circulation through the activities of the nerve system, the extremities become cold, and this produces then a heaviness in the internal circulation, and may be an affect or an effect of the contributory causes, or contributory causes to those conditions as arise that are INDICATORS, and NOT causes in the system; for, as has been indicated, the cause is rather the prolapsus in the colon, and colitis,or slow movement of the fecal matter through this portion of system makes it easy for the body to reabsorb, and we have the effect of toxic forces in the system.

6. With the continued taking of such things, also we produce a sluggishness in the liver, or the functioning of the organ, and also a sediment condition exists in the kidneys' functioning, so that these at times - while not being a direct cause - are affected, both the liver AND the kidneys, from the conditions as existent in the system. As we find also, the disturbed circulation has made for a concentration of conditions in the throat, bronchi, and the slowed circulation through the head, affecting - and the system affected by - poison accumulations from conditions in the teeth and in the mouth. These, as we find, are then CONTRIBUTORY causes, but NOT the causes - but would be, by the removal of those where pus HAS formed - which may be found by the use of the X-Ray as respecting same, where pus HAS formed - REMOVE these FROM the system - will prevent

13-2 Page 3

this being contributory, as well as affected by the circulation. This, to be sure, will not CURE the CONDITION, but will be effective in bringing about a more normal condition for the body.

7. In the affectation of the ORGANS THEMSELVES: As we have seen, these are affected by, rather than being the cause of, the infection or infectious forces, or contributory - other THAN when congestion has prevented their functioning in the direction for the preventing of those forces in the system as aid or assist in eliminations or assimilations for the system.

8. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions in the present, as we would find, these may be brought about where there may more vitality in the system; for the age and the mental abilities of the body are not of such a nature where the body may not WHOLLY recuperate from those existent conditions. To be sure, TENDENCIES will remain, but with the proper care and proper precautions, the body should enjoy many more years of activity, both mental and physical, as WELL as a much a much better, HEALTHIER, STRONGER, body.

9. In the usage, then, of that as will bring about these - of necessity, in the beginning, will be rather slow in their action, and would be better were the body to rest as near as possible from physical and MENTAL activities, but not in a hospital - rather where, or about such as where RECUPERATIVE forces may be in order for the system:

10. First we would have each week, for at least four successive weeks, the high colonic irrigations, PROPERLY given, and following each there should be used the intestinal antiseptics in the last water injected - which, as we would find, the better would be the Glyco-Thymoline - two tablespoonsful to a gallon of water - the last water that is used in such evacuations.

11. We would also begin with the Blond Psyllium Seed, as a portion - as it were - of the diet. Each meal, three times each day, take a level teaspoonful in six teaspoonsful of hot water - this stirred and allowed to set for at least ten to fifteen minutes before it is taken WITH the meals.

12. We would also have the low form of electrical vibrations, as may be had in the Radio-Active Appliance - and these attachments may be made to the extremities one day, right wrist and left ankle; the next day applied to the umbilicus center, see? (and attach in the order named, no matter which plate) the umbilicus center and to the 9th dorsal plexus; the next day to the right ankle and the left wrist - see? Then keep these in this order.

13. About once each week have a general THOROUGH massage to

13-2 Page 4

EQUALIZE the CHANGES as will be taking place in the system, from the relieving of the pressures in the alimentary canal and colon especially, and that change in circulation as will be created by the use of the Radio-Active Appliance - which should be used in each application, once each day, preferably when the body is resting in the AFTERNOON (not at night), for one hour - see?

14. In the matter of the diet, it would be in this order - though it may be altered or changed to meet the needs of the body:

15. Mornings - a citrus fruit diet. Change occasionally from the grapefruit juices (and this would preferably be the juice, rather than the pulp). The next day may be a mixture of orange and lemon, about half a glass. Following this there may be taken rice cakes, or whole wheat waffles, or whole wheat cakes, with a little honey and butter. The honey should be in the honey comb. With a CEREAL drink, or coffee - see?

16. Noon meals would be preferably the meat juices, rather than the broths - but little or no fat included in same when the juices are being taken from same. This would be of mutton and of beef alike, though not both at the same time - see? We would include with this the Graham wafers, Zwieback, whole wheat toasted bread, and a little green vegetable salad - which would include lettuce, celery, tomatos, and the like. This may be taken with or without dressing.

17. Evenings - rather those foods that would carry more of the blood and nerve building properties for the system, as the breast of chicken - whether it is prepared as of the creamed chicken or baked, or the like - these according to the taste; with vegetables as of raw cabbage, celery, lettuce, spinach, carrots - and these may be cooked AND raw in this evening meal. This meal may also include a cereal drink or coffee. No tea or milk, for these will both INFLAME the muco-membrane and linings of the system.

18. With this followed consistently and persistently as we will find, within sixty to ninety days we will make almost a new man! Ready for questions.

19. (Q) I have a longing to enjoy a deep religious experience with God, but owing to low physical vitality I have trouble in keeping my faith sustained. What would you recommend? (A) In the application of the physical forces as are manifested in a material world, individuals often lose sight of the fact that all force as is manifested in a material world emanates from that source that BROUGHT the world INTO being. Because there arises much that apparently is within the ken or scope of individual accomplishments, the credit

13-2 Page 5

is given to man's forces - or the lack of man's ability, or accredited in man's own making, rather than that man, or those men, or those conditions, are rather but the channels of a manifestation of that One Force as brought them into being. Then, whether in health or in sickness, know that God LIVES, and He doeth ALL things well! Keep rather that attitude as was expressed by the psalmist, in "Though He slay me, yet will I love Him the more, and whether I die, whether I live, I die or live in the Lord." With these attitudes, with the application of the forces as have been outlined, we will find that the strength, the vitality, the virility of the physical, will respond, that there may be awakened again in THIS physical body much of that which has been lost hold of through the inconsistency of those that have called them- selves friends; yet know thy Redeemer liveth, and ye may see Him face to face, ye may walk and talk with Him, as ye live in your OWN life and your OWN reactions to individuals YOUR concept of YOUR God YOU worship!
