1. EC: Now, we find there are abnormal conditions with this body and these have to do with specific conditions as have existed and as do exist in the body, especially in the extremities, and the condition has to do with the supply of the lymphatic circulation, as it has to do with the movement in the joints and in the ligaments of the body.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [21], we are speaking of. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there is not sufficient in the whole body, yet this is not a condition entirely of the blood supply but a condition that has been produced in the body in times back. This is the condition as we find this in times back. Some five to six years. There was in this system that bacilli that attacked directly the mucus and the mucus producing glands in the system that affected all of the system, and in the temperature as was produced in the system, by the state of the nerve condition, and by the state of the developing of the body, this affected directly all of the locomotories especially in the lower limbs and in the brachial center. These we see come under the strain of condition producing a contraction. This in turn leaves the whole body, these centers especially, with a congestion produced from some outside forces that so sealed the centers, and especially the epineurium of the plexus proper, that there become bony lesions about these portions. This prevents then the nutriment necessary to the portions of the body thus affected being carried in the circulation. The body proper, then, at the present condition finds that without the use of the extremities the lack of necessity of the circulations being carried to the extent as would be in a normal body. This then is the natural force in such conditions; we find these directed to other channels. Now, we find this has not prevented the developing of the structural portions of this portion of body. Hence we see how that in these centers (nerve plexuses we are speaking of), how that this then is that condition that exists. In

21-1 Page 2

the division of blood supply we find the lack of the white blood in the system, yet there is sufficient were the centers and the plexuses so used that the body would function nearer the normal.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this is as we have given. We find in the brachial plexus and in the lower sacral and ilium plexus, and in the locomotories, those centers so set about by conditions as formerly produced as to prevent the normal functioning of the nutriment, the lymph, the white blood supply in the system, until there is the prevention of the use of the extremities or the arms, lower limbs and the arms.

5. Trunk portion of body functioning near normal. We find that in the organs of the body they are as these:

6. Brain forces very good. Developed above the normal in many channels.

7. The functioning of the organs of sensory system very good. The throat, lungs and larynx, only in portions of the throat do we have the effect of these conditions, yet none of these are involved at the present time in the condition.

8. Digestive tract very good.

9. In the plexuses, as given, do we find the hindrances to the system absorbing and eliminating, and in giving the effect necessary for the use of all portions of the body. The circulation in part, of course, goes through these portions. In the forearms we find conditions where the nerve centers are showing some reaction by reflexes. Rather the voluntary action of involuntary muscular forces. This may be assisted by the persistent and consistent massages of those properties that will awaken in these centers the incentive necessary to re-awaken the nerve forces, the nerve equilibrium, and reduce the lesions (bony though they are) about these centers. We would massage well into these portions of the body, the brachial plexus, the shoulders, the arms to finger tips, the hips, the abdomen, and the whole limbs, with Balsam of Sulphur, with this massaged well into the system each day, and in the opposite portion of day (that is, if this is massaged in the body in the morning) in the evening massage oil (olive, pure) into the portions of the body. Medicinal properties in the system will be ineffective, save when the reaction has reached the condition where eliminations must be carried on properly in the system.

10. After this has been used for some weeks, the application of vibratory forces, of electrical forces, would also assist.

11. Do this at the present time, and within four weeks we

will outline further. We are through for the present.
