Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [23].

2. Now, as we find, there are conditions that are disturbing to the better physical functioning of the body. Some of these are of the general nature; others are of the specific, and contributory to the general debilitation of the system.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [23] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this is deficient in quality and in quantity.

5. The disturbing forces produce a form of anemia, from the amounts of poisons in the system and the conditions that arise from anxiety, worry, and the specific condition in the extremity.

6. With the aiding of these disorders through the applications to reduce the inflammatory conditions in the system, there is the tendency to destroy the plasm that SHOULD be building towards creating better metabolism and coagulation; which is not always considered properly.

7. Unless there are activities in portions of the system to create blood cells of the character such as to resuscitate the vitality of the body, and to create that hormone in the blood supply that acts as a coagulator for used energies in all portions of the body - including those portions where there are the abrasions that do not heal in their proper order or manner, there will be the gradual tendency in the body for all the functioning organs to become weakened.

8. Hence, a great deal of the disturbance that makes for weakness in the muscular activity in the functioning of organs to normalcy in the activities of the body, arises from the weakening of the system from the inabilities of proper coagulation; not only in those portions where the cysts being removed has made and does make for a drainage on the body, but a general drainage on the whole vitality of

23-2 Page 2

the body.

9. And unless these conditions are corrected we may expect serious troubles arising from them, for sooner or later there must be the involvement of those organs that are more active in the production of, or clarification of, the blood stream itself - or both.

10. As to the functioning ORGANS of the whole system, these are very good - as we find - save in their inability, under the stress and strain, to produce normal activity.

11. So, the whole general conditions of the body become weakening, or weakened, through not only the specific condition that exists in the extremity (where the abrasions have brought in their activities destructive influences to the active forces in creating coagulation in the body), but through all the organs and glands in their functioning.

12. Hence at times about the diaphragm area, the clavicle, sternum and ribs, there are those feelings of tenderness; not soreness exactly, but tenderness; produced by a disintegration of the activities of those portions in the marrow of the bones themselves from which BLOOD supply should be producing the plasms for the hemoglobin.

13. THESE are more to be worried about than the condition that exists in the extremity, where there are the results of those activities that have long caused disorders.

14. For, if the body is able to be builded to such a condition that coagulation takes place PROPERLY in system, all these conditions may be thrown off in their regular form or order.

15. Then, in meeting the needs as we find, for the better condition of the body, we would not change from those applications that are being made to the extremity as specifics (the electrical vibrations or applications to prevent distribution or drainage from same), but these we would add - and, as we find, there will be made a gradual change in the condition to bring about nearer normal activity for the body:

16. Twice each day take into the system one-sixteenth grain of carbon ash.

17. Thirty minutes after taking this internally, in water, we would use the violet ray (This is irrespective of the other treatments, you see.) over the FRAME portion of the lungs, the back, the breast, and over all portions where the activities of the respiratory system are to CLARIFY the blood stream that exists.

18. Then we would begin with the matter of the diet and the applications that will make for the drainage away FROM the central portions of the body; increasing the eliminations

23-2 Page 3

through the alimentary canal in such a manner as to make for coordination in the eliminations of the system.

19. This would be an outline of the diet:

20. Mornings - citrus fruit juices, with coddled egg (only using the yolk) and toast; coffee, tea or milk, not in great quantities but sufficient that there may be not only the satisfying of the appetite but an active force with the digestive system.

21. Eat breakfast early; don't wait too long before you eat; get up early, earlier than you've been doing!

22. At 9:30 to 10:00 o'clock we would take a malted milk with egg, to which would be added half to a teaspoonful of spirits frumenti. Drink it all; don't give it away!

23. Noons - beef juices, broths, and those foods that will add to the system in the way of fats; not too much sweets or sugars but sufficient to supply more vitality to the system.

24. In the middle of the afternoon we would take DRIED milk; not malted milk but dried milk; with wine or beer, that will add to the digestive fluids in such a way as to create the cleansing of the system. The beer would be better, for it carries more of the yeast with same.

25. It would be well also that one cake of yeast be eaten each day, preferably just before retiring.

26. Evenings - vegetables well-cooked, and two above the ground to one below the ground.

27. Each evening we would also, just before retiring, massage the body from the waist to the toes and from the waist to the head; not both ways, but one way each time, see?

28. We would keep the applications that have been applied to those conditions that exist in the extremity, but do not CUT more into the flesh until there has been created something that will work WITH the general abilities of the system to eliminate properly.

29. Ready for questions.

30. (Q) How long should the violet ray be given each time, each treatment? (A) Just so that all portions of the upper portion of the body are covered; particularly along the ribs, the spine, over the clavicle, the sternum, and all portions of the rib area. For, this will release the carbon in such a manner as to make for a purifying through the oxygen as it is released in the body through the ash.

31. (Q) Is the burning by Dr. Anderson too irritating? (A) Too irritating, unless we will create something to counteract the condition.

32. (Q) How often should these treatments be taken?

23-2 Page 4

(A) Not oftener than once or twice a week.

33. (Q) What is the trouble with the ear? (A) The general condition or weakness of the system.

34. (Q) Should anything especially be done for this? (A) We have given something especially for the whole system that should be done, which will apply to this as well!

35. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) We must BUILD the body-physical to make for resistances in the system, so that instead of the condition being general over the whole body and affecting the system in such a manner as to allow deterioration to set in, in some portions of the body, or ANY portion of the body, there may be made resistances. Unless this is done, we may expect serious conditions!
