1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [23].

2. As we find, the conditions are near normal in the direction of those disturbing forces that have existed.

3. The organs are in position, save as to their fullness and the little irritation that naturally arises from the general conditions that existed.

4. As we would find - with only those precautions as to too violent an exercise, or as to activities of lifting or pushing that should be avoided - the body may begin to walk about, but not too strenuous for the next two or three days yet.

5. There should be kept at least every other day for another week the warm or body temperature douches.

6. One more osteopathic adjustment should at this time be sufficient.

7. There needs be no disturbing forces, unless there is an overactivity or too violent an exercise, as to the condi- tions that have existed - as we find.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) How soon may the body walk around outside of the house? (A) As has been given, it may have begun three weeks ago! but the precautions have been given. Then use common judgement with it.

10. (Q) When should the body expect the next menstrual period? (A) At the regular interval when the period of the flow ceased and the regular period should begin again.

11. (Q) Any special advice at this time regarding avoiding future trouble? (A) As has been indicated, just those precautions regarding jumping, lifting, pushing, violent exercises or the like. These are the precautions until at least two or three periods have passed. And taking the douches that there may be no infection or disturbances to arise from same, from the engorgement of the

organs becoming normal - by the rubbing and activity indicated. Body temperature, and the strength of solution as indicated.

12. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) That which is body and blood building should be kept, to be sure. The broths, the activities that keep the proper eliminations, those that work well with the whole of the body. Just a normal diet, but those foods that would tend to make for body building. Keeping all those precautions as we have indicated, unless other disturbances arise than are indicated in the present, there should be no disturbance for the body in this direction.
