1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [23].

3. As we find, in the main conditions are very good. There are those necessary precautions that there be normal development for the body with the body.

4. There needs to be those additions in the present of a tonic for this body, as would be found in Zyrone - this as a liquid. This would add sufficient of the vitamins of the B-Complex, with the iron, as necessary for body-building, as well as being a tonic for this body. This will make for a strengthening of the muscular forces of the body itself, especially through the abdominal areas, adding to that necessary for a better blood supply, keeping the circulation improved; yet not making for too much fat.

5. Occasionally we would add the iodine as found in Atomidine; not oftener than once a week, and only two drops in water before the morning meal is taken. After it has been taken once a week for at least two or three months, leave off for a month to six weeks - then take it again about two weeks, and then leave off. This is a purifier for the glandular system, and will work with this body especially in aiding the kidneys, and for the foetal body strengthening the eyes.

6. Also we would take CALCIOS about five to six months, begin- ning at least by the first of January. This, to be sure, is for bone and teeth, and is needed for the body itself as it is drawn upon in the development of the foetus.

7. These as we find should add to the body the elements to make the period of gestation better for this body, and give better strength and vitality to the foetus also.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Is everything progressing normally? (A) As just indicated, these are very good in the present.

10. (Q) Dr. Haynes said I might have trouble with fallen uterus in having a second baby. How may this be avoided? (A) Haven't we just been giving those necessary elements for body-building that would add the virility and strength to the body forces? If there is the proper precaution when the period comes, and unless there are other conditions not indicated in the present, there should NOT be trouble of this nature.

11. (Q) Should I count the nine months as of 25 or 28 days each? (A) Of 28 days, or 29 days each.

12. (Q) Would the baby be expected the last of June or last of July? (A) About the 10th or 11th of July would be the normal.

13. (Q) Would osteopathic treatments be necessary or advisable? (A) Not absolutely necessary, but they would make the condition much easier for the body. For these, if properly administered - to be sure, would aid the tired feelings, especially in the 6th and 8th months. These would then be advisable.

14. (Q) Should anything else be added to the diet? (A) The normal diet, but these properties added as indicated; and we have given the effects to be expected from same.

15. (Q) Should the Zyrone be taken according to directions on bottle, or just how? (A) Just take as a tonic, as we have indicated, see?

16. (Q) Is there anything I can do to insure being able to nurse the baby? (A) This will depend, of course, upon how there is the development of the mammary glands. The activity of iodine in the manner indicated SHOULD purify these, and at least during a part of the period the body will be able to nurse the baby.

17. (Q) Should I have glasses fitted at this time? (A) When there is close work or reading, or especially reading or writing at night, it would be well to use glasses. Hence they should be fitted.

18. (Q) Is there any danger of a train trip causing trouble at this time? (A) Not as we find, if there are the ordinary precautions taken, of course.

19. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Keep in the attitude of creative forces. Keep happy. Do not let anxiety of any nature disturb. For it will have much to do with the nature or character of the individual dependent upon the body.
