1. EC: Now we find there are abnormal conditions in this body that may be corrected. We have some conditions that have become the normal for this body. These may not be corrected, but with the correction of those conditions that may be corrected the body will be more physically fit for the developing in this earth plane.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [27] we are speaking of. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in the blood supply in the body there is that lack of vital forces at all times necessary to give the best rebuilding force in the system. Hence, we have, often the body uses the reserve energy of the system, and under that strain becomes highly nerve condition that makes disagreeable for self and those about the body. This has come much through strain in the physical body. Not of the mental exertion, but rather of the strain to the physical forces that through nerve and blood supply created the drain on the system. We see this manifested in many different ways in the system, as the strain on the sensory organism, the strain at times on the intestinal tract, especially that through the lower portion of the intestines, and down the nerves that govern the kidneys and the organs of the pelvis in this body, [27].
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find as these conditions:
5. The strain came to this body in a wrench or twist of the body, and is in the 10th and 11th dorsal. This has formed a lesion in this region, which produces a strain through the plexus of the system, and is in conjunction with the hypogastric plexus and the frontal branches of solar plexus. Hence, the disturbing conditions to the digestive organs and in the circulation as is found in this portion of the body, and the reflexes from these to those centers in the 5th and 6th dorsals, and the body from this suffers from headaches at times, we see.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, in the functioning of the nerve system when this taxation shows in the system, the

sympathetic becoming surcharged with these conditions, produces the irritability in the whole system. Then we have the relaxing from this producing the heavy, dull, achey feeling, especially of mornings, for the body does not rest well at all times. In the organs themselves, we find brain forces very good. One given to see the fine points, especially from the geometrical standpoint. The nerves being disturbed, we find reflexes in the organs of the sensory system. The eyes at times give the show of condition.
7. The body through the throat and larynx and nerves of this becomes surcharged, and with some other conditions that have existed show how this has been set aside, as it were, in the system, and became a part of the body.
8. Lungs very good, though body would do better in open air than inside work.
9. In digestive tract the reaction from hypogastric forces the digestive organs create too much hydrochloric in the pyloric end of stomach, foods lie in the duodenum without being acted upon by pancreas juices.
10. Liver dormant in its action a great deal of time, needing more oxygen or ozone in the blood supply for the liver condition. Hepatic circulation low, and again very high in its action. The intestinal tract we find much of the nerve repression given through toxins as absorbed in the system.
11. Kidneys not normal in their action, though at present very good. We find we have spasmodic conditions of the functioning of these portions of the body.
12. RELIEF, to give the best for this system, and to correct conditions, would be better, as we have given, that we had outside, or open air work for this body.
13. In the giving of incentives for the correct vibration we would take this in the system, after which we would take a regular specific, methodical, exercise that will exercise the trunk portion of the body, as well as the arms and limbs, and give the reaction in the whole system. Any specific exercise using the muscles of the body other than that in regular form and way will be good for the body, and should be changed from time to time, yet keep methodically in the manner that they are carried out for the system.
14. Properties taken would be as this: To one gallon of rain water, we would add: Dogwood bark.........2 ounces, Black haw bark.......2 ounces, Prickly Ash Bark.....2 ounces.

15. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. Strain. While warm, add 4 ounces grain alcohol, with 3 drams of Balm of Gilead put in it. The dose would be teaspoonful 4 times each day, taken after meals. While this is taken, be careful of the system from congestion or cold. We will relieve the conditions in intestinal tract, and be well should the system every 3 or 4 days take half teaspoonful plain phosphate of soda, with 5 drops of syrup of sarsaparilla in this. This should be taken before meals, or just after rising, to cleanse the system. Do that. These pains that come in the neck, shoulders, we will see will be relieved through this same means. Keep exercises regularly and methodically.
