1. EC: [34], yes we have him here. We have had him before. The circulation of the whole system is strong in the capillaries; low in the hepatics. The force of the circulation along the spine to the head is not sufficient, except at times; it is not in harmony with the nerve force. These conditions that we have here are the result; there is a lack of supply to the head of nerve stimulation or the inaction of the nerve force on the brain. Lack of force results in the lack stimulation to the matter in the brain; disturbed equilibrium results.

2. This excess that has been produced here and has been thrown back into the circulation produces to the capillaries of the neck and on the skin of the facial muscles an excessive matter, as we have this shown here in the peculiar texture of the skin and, especially, in the cuticle itself.

3. The circulation in the lungs is strong, vigorous, full and through the lumbars it has been deteriorated until we have this excessive matter thrown out. This has affected the locomotory stimulation and has produced a peculiar action and a different action from what we have in normal condition. The blood is impoverished to a certain extent, that is the red blood or the forces in the red blood has produced an excess of matter in the system; excess of forces from that that is used up in itself.

4. The nerve force in this body is from the cerebrospinal nerve system and the sympathetic nerve system and from the branches between. The cerebrospinal runs from the base of the brain. We, also, have a lesion at the first lumbar, which is at the connection between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal, which is in direct relation with the generative organs of the system. These generative organs have been directly or indirectly responsible, through their misuse, for part of this trouble. We have a lesion, also, above the stomach that governs the hepatic circulation; the circulation of the heart is governed through the cardiac plexus largely.

5. These lesions have produced these conditions to the nerve force and the nerve stimulation has been impaired. This condition has produced then in the stomach an engorgement of

the stomach walls, also, a spasm or quivering of the muscles of the stomach; through the cardiac plexus the same spasms and, in turn, to the whole system this spasmodic contraction is extended. This condition is what we have now. The lesions that we have formed here are of long standing, particularly, those along the spine but they are being helped by this nerve force being stimulated and the system has improved all over.

6. The lack of supply of nerve force and the excess of matter in the generative organism of the system has produced an opposite effect to the system from normal, in consequence of which, we have had a spasm or over charge of these organs, which the lymphatics have been unable to carry off and this in turn, has effected the limbs and locomotory muscles and helped to produce this nerve impulse or spasmodic condition to the whole system. This force now is much lighter than it was but still exists in this body.

7. As we have had here before the food and nutrition that he has taken into his system did not produce a freshness to the mind but through the power of the sympathetics to carry the same control we have had this effect of sluggishness to the cerebrospinal nervous system and, consequently, this impression on the mind - this depressed condition.

8. The nervous equilibrium of this whole system has been poor; the nerve forces have been lacking in power through the cerebrospinal and sympathetics, alike. The digestion now is very good; the brain action of this body has never developed properly; in other words, the brain action or brain matter is non-developed. The other lobes of the brain have not developed properly in consequence of the trouble in this body. The brain is over-weighted, not overactive, but sluggish, due to the non-development of the cells.

9. This system has been saturated with Bromide of Potash to produce its sedative effect to the system; as a result, of which the stomach has become a store-house of Potash. We must keep the forces in the stomach and reduce the supply of poisons in the system that has been carried into the circulation; in other words, tone up the entire nerve tissue - gray matter and white matter.

10. As these forces are reduced the condition of this system will change as it establishes a renewed force, through the cerebrospinal, to act independently on the brain, so to speak. The action of the electrical force to base of this brain and along the spine has produced a rebuilding of these forces and renewed stimulation to the blood, also, a replenishing and stimulated effect in the little atoms in the blood, also, renewed power to the nerve tissue.

11. As the poisons are thrown out by this electrical force that we are producing in this system and as a reaction is brought about, we will have a better condition of the nerve force, also, the nerve force will be more direct. The action of the cold along the spine is, also, stimulating and has medicinal properties, combined with electrical force.

12. This treatment has helped the whole condition of [34].

13. We must now change the forces in the stomach here so that it will act on the forces that govern the generative system; in other words, reverse this force and establish a better communication between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system here in the generative organs, as this is principally responsible for this trouble at the first and second lumbar and is, also, in connection with the forces that govern the overstimulation to the generative organs and, reflexly, effects the stomach and intestines through the sympathetics.

14. As we bring action to bear on the generative system we will have a renewed stimulation to the nerve force in the entire body. This spine will have to be relaxed and this will draw more forces to the whole system.

15. He needs plenty of fresh air and more exercise and increase and decrease the Potash as action demands it. We must have more mental work for this mind to do; this is imperative.

16. As we remove this trouble, the condition will be better; it will take a long time but it is getting back to normal. The action on the mind is better than it was before; the action on the circulation is much better; the action of the blood is better; congestion in the capillaries in the face is less in consequence of the treatment. He needs gentleness and kindness but make him do what he needs to do, also, continue the cold along the spine if you don't want it to come back to its first condition.
