Time of Reading 10:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Mt. Vernon, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [55], here. Now, we find there are disturbing factors in the physical functioning of the body, and these give rise to the distresses as are produced in system; and, corrected in time, will prevent much greater distress later on, and the functioning of the physical normal body will be much improved, and may be brought to a near normal condition.

2. These, then, are the conditions and the factors as we find that enter in, to produce the disturbance with this body, [55] we are speaking of:

3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY, shows the disturbances as are produced, especially by the system attempting to adjust itself to meet the needs of those conditions that are produced in, where both plethora and that of adhesions have formed in, the system. These, in their distresses, produce an over- abundance of accumulations, attempting to meet the needs. The disturbances are of such a nature that the circulation, not being able to flow through all portions of the body, forms an accumulation - and it then becomes either that of dross or that which will PRODUCE growths within itself.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find the greater distress, though this an affect and not THE effect. Not the cause, for where pressures have been produced in system, and where tissue (scar tissue), also that of adhesions - where portions of the organs themselves, or where the soft tissue in portions of the body has adhered to, by the deflected circulation, this naturally produces an accumulation of nerve plasms in these regions, and the distresses as are brought to the head, the distresses as are brought to the side (right) and at times to the back, these are but reflexes, or indications, through this portion of the system, of the disturbance.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, these show the effect, and are only disorders, as from FUNCTIONAL conditions; not of organic conditions, organic DISTURBANCE

but not an organic condition, as is indicated in the functioning of those in the SENSORY system - the senses of the body being deflected at times; as is seen in the heart's action, in the character of the respiration, as is seen in the alterations that come at times between the liver and the kidneys, or through the hepatic circulation - for, of course, in the pelvis, we have the indications of lesions, as we do also in the side here, just above that of the caecum, and in the region then of this condition, or of this area, does the condition produce the greater distresses.

6. To remove, or to relieve the conditions, we would first PREPARE the body in such a way and manner as these may be removed by absorption, rather than by that of operation; for in the operative forces - with the blood supply under the stress as has been seen, or been given - the effect to the heart, to the respiratory system - the very fact of a pressure being created in a disturbed sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve system - would be VERY detrimental to the body; but can the body be raised to that condition of the better vibratory forces, so that drainage in system may be accomplished, and that the system may be increased in the circulation and thrown off through the channels of elimination, this may be removed, and the lesions and the adhesions be broken up, and the body brought to the near normal forces.

7. Then, we would prepare first as THIS - using as the carrier, that as would be made from this: To 1/2 gallon of distilled water, we would add 4 ounces of wild cherry bark. Reduce this by simmering, not boiling, to 1/2 the quantity. Strain off and then add 4 ounces of simple syrup. Reduce again to 2/3 the quantity - see? Then we would add:

Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla.........1 ounce, Elixir Calisaya......................1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia...............1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras......................20 minims, Tincture of Capsici....................3 minims, Syrup of Rhubarb.....................1/4 ounce, Iodide of Potassium, 10% solution.....20 minims, Bromide of Potassium, 10% solution....40 minims.

Shake the solution together before the dosage is taken, see? but before this is taken, we would add - as a preservative - 1 ounce of grain alcohol, with 1/2 dram Balsam of Tolu cut in it. The dose would be teaspoonful 4 times each day. When half the quantity has been taken, then put self under that position where the manipulations and the applications of the

light, also those of the cleansing of the colon and of the CORRECTION of these conditions in the cerebrospinal system, may be carried out - or at Virginia Beach. Then we would keep up the medicinal properties as are given, but in two to three months the body should be near normal. We are ready for questions.

8. (Q) What lights? (A) The variations in the lights as will be applied by those for the respiratory system - in the application of the sweats; also the Infra red and ultra violet, and the violet - but these would come in their regular order. First put self in that position where they may be followed. Then we may give these in more perfect order.

9. We are through for the present.
