1. EC: Now, we find the conditions as we had in this body when we had this before being, and are, corrected in the system. With the strain on the body, under the pressure of the mental forces, we find that the plexuses in the hypogastric center and in the pneumogastric center affect directly the secondary cardiac plexus, this releasing or relaxing the perineurium of the plexus so that the blood flow in the capillary circulation becomes overcharged, or surcharged, with exertion of any of the plexuses that have to do with locomotion, for with the sympathetic nerve system involved, under these conditions, we find that the plexuses in locomotion; that is, the locomotories, you see, in lower portion or the brachial in upper portion, become directly irritant to the cardiac and the hypogastric plexuses.

2. Now, to bring the normal condition will of necessity mean the body should rest from its physical exercises and accord the system those properties necessary that the plexuses and the perineurium and the epineurium centers, especially, shall receive the astringent necessary to bring the normal conditions to the body. With this lack of exercise, the mental must be kept in the correct balance, else we will have the return through the hypogastric of the trouble in bladder and in kidneys, but taking the mental exercises necessary; that is, awakened to the realization that all curative forces in the body must come through self, and that the mechanical or the therapeutic effects are only the responding to the individual I AM in self to produce normal effects in the body, adjusting then chiropractically, or osteopathically, those conditions; that is, bringing them to the tautness necessary, in the upper dorsal region, sixth and fifth dorsal plexuses, the first and second lumbar plexus, and the solar plexus, and taking the vibrations that would be accorded the body from this:

with a glass, or two pieces of glass between same. Copper wires, insulated, attached to each of these in one end. To the other end of the wire (copper plates, small), each of these plates would be attached to the body. One to the left ankle, the other to the right wrist. When this is being attached, or being applied to the body, the bars of steel will be in this solution:

4. To one gallon of rain water, we would add:

Copper Sulphate.............1 pound, Sulphuric Acid..............1 ounce, Common Zinc.................6 drams, Iodine in solution........1/4 ounce.

[GD's note: Same charge as for Wet Cell Appliance!]

5. There will also be a piece of ice, or the solution will be set in ice, so that the solution will be very cold. This would be attached to the body from an hour to two hours whenever necessary, or when the body feels over fatigued. Do this, and we will find we will reduce this pressure and we will bring the nerve condition to its normal forces. The change of location or of surroundings would be well for the body. Do that.
