Time of Reading 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [65]. Now, we find there are abnormal conditions with this body, and these may be corrected, if taken in time and with the consistent and persistent application of those conditions that have to do with the building of the physical forces with this body.

2. These, as we find, that are of the abnormal nature, have to do with the building, the replenishing, of the cellular units of energy and the normal distribution of same as respecting not only functional organs in the system, but with the structural forces of the system as well.

3. Now, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [65], we are speaking of, present in this room. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find deficient in quantity as WELL as quality, and a tendency of the lesser numbers in the red blood than there should be, with not the ordinary corresponding over abundance of white, but rather the lack of the supply in the blood that creates the plasm cell in its constructive force, as related to coagulation and building in the system. There being, as we shall find, specific as well as general causes for these conditions.

5. In the hemoglobin of the blood supply there is the deficiency of the iron, and hence the lack of oxygen carried in the circulation, and there are, then, necessarily, tendencies in bone structure, as well as tissue in the organs that are lacking in the sufficient quantity of these necessary elements for the building of the body in its proper ratio or status.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find an out of the ordinary condition, for the unit of energy as is active with this particular body is, apparently, over abundant in the system, and the activity of the cerebrospinal centers, with its resulting or corresponding sympathetic action, are good. With the natural tendencies as would have been indicated from the conditions of the life giving fluid, or blood test

65-1 Page 2

at times show deficiency in their ability to recuperate or to bring resuscitation, but not a fault of the nerve plasm or the nerve system, but the general debilitation as exists.

7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces good, save with that reaction as occurs when deficiency in nerve reaction is apparent. THEN of purely a reflex nature.

8. In the organs of respiration, throat, bronchials, these all show the effect of conditions as exist in or from the seat or cause of conditions in the body, or not of themselves deficient, save in the action as produced THROUGH same, through inefficient supply for functioning. Hence there will be the recurrent condition exhibited in these AS the body is builded toward that of positive resuscitation, or normal building, and these will need specific and close attention as time or as developments for the body proceed.

9. In the heart's action, here we find reflected that condition existent in the blood stream. Also that reflected in an overabundance of nerve plasm, or nerve action. Hence at times we have above normal activity, and at others a low or slow activity. Not an organic condition, but rather that of the reflex nature.

10. In the digestive system, here again we find reflexes of the nature of conditions as existent, on account, especially, of the poor assimilation as has been constantly apparent in the present experience of this body. This affecting, then, and affected from, the condition existent in those of the glands that carry on the digestive forces of the system, as related to creating the necessary elements IN the body that the assimilation may be carried on. So, at times, by tests, we would find a lack of the necessary element to digest SOME conditions, or foods for the body, while at others an over abundance of that very element. This created by the condi- tion as has and does exist as respecting the lacteal ducts and the glands of the both adrenal and of the pineal REFLEX through the system. THESE, then, are the main or hindering conditions in this body, and naturally, with that of the hindrance active upon the organs that affect the blood stream, and affect that which induces or produces that very activity, the loss of the force necessary prevents the normal or nominal development. Same is seen in the reflexes from the pneumogastrics and the lower portion of hepatic circulation. These affect directly those of the glands that affect the assimilation through thyroid development.

11. Then, to meet the needs of the conditions of this body at the present time - for we will find that with the proper building for this body it will be necessary to change the

active principles that must build the body, at least every fifty-six to seventy-two days. These becoming necessary from the basis, or base from which the normal development must be made. To begin with, first, that will be necessary to aid the body to gain the first basis upon which one would build, by so clarifying the system as to enable that that is active to react in a normal manner to the building forces as are to be brought into activity.

12. Then, we would give as this: First consider that as is to be the diet for the body. Those of the citrus fruits and nuts should be the first portion of the diet for the system. Nuts, fruits, whole wheat, and all of those that add ENERGY to the blood and nerve supply.

13. These also, as the medicinal properties to change the vibratory forces of that as will be assimilated in this system. Begin with this as the base: To 16 ounces of distilled water add Sarsaparilla Root 4 ounces. Reduce by slow boiling to one-half the quantity. Strain, and then add: Elixir Calisaya......................1/2 ounce, Iodide Potassium 10% solution.........20 minims, Bromide of Potassium, 10% solution....10 minims, Tincture of Elixir of Stillingia......20 minims, Tincture of Capsici....................1 minim. Sufficient alcohol to act as a preservative, one ounce. Shake solution before the dose is taken, which should be half teaspoonful before each meal.

14. The body should be kept in the open as much as possible, and the gentle massage - preferably neuropathically given - along the spine, especially over that center as governs the radial forces from the sympathetic and cerebrospinal to the glands of the system active in digestion, the 7th dorsal plexus. Also that to the 1st and 2nd cervical, aiding the activity of the glands to the base of brain.

15. After fifty-six days we would change these applications to meet the needs of that to be builded and to meet the changes this would create in the system. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Is buttermilk beneficial for this body? (A) The Bulgarian milk would be better than plain buttermilk.

17. (Q) Should she eat raw vegetables? (A) Carrots, lettuce and celery, may be eaten in THIS portion of the diet.

18. We are through for the present.
