1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the condition of the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions, the seat or cause of same is rather deep seated. The great troubles as are exaggerated and as cause the distress at the present time may be termed as Corona Phyllitis [cornea phlebitis?], and the inflammation in that portion of the head gives such distress to all portions of system as to be almost unbearable in the physical sense.
3. Then, to reduce this condition, added to those properties that are now being used, we would add a 10% solution of Mono-Ichthyolate, which will reduce this swelling and the inflammation in the eye until the relief comes sufficient for that producing this pressure, (as will be found through the nasal cavity, by the X-raying or by the injection of light), that produces this pressure on the nerves of the Cornea, see? This would be applied in drops, see, to the eye proper, using still those injections that deaden the nerve and that are used at present as the cleansing or antiseptic to assist the elimination and throwing off. The Mono-Ichthyolate would reduce the swelling and inflammation.
