Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are some disturbances regarding which precautions should be taken; especially as to the circulation between heart, liver, lungs and kidneys. This is causing some disturbance between the circulations, especially along the thrombose. This is making a tendency towards an unbalanced condition, or the metabolism of this circulation is being disturbed. For it becomes cold in one area at times, or slowed in activity, and at others becomes too quick. Thus this alteration in the pulsation.

4. This is NOT as yet in any form of an organic disturbance, but functional - as related to the activities of this circulation through the body-forces.

5. For this condition we find that a course of hydrotherapy treatments would be best - which would include first a mild fume bath - using Witchhazel in the fumes; and then CONSIDERABLE massage with oils that would aid in stimulating this coordination between the superficial and this deeper circulation. The oils should be a combination of one-third Olive Oil and two thirds Peanut Oil; that is: Peanut Oil..................3 ounces, Olive Oil...................1 ounce, Lanolin, melted.............1 tablespoonful. Massage these oils thoroughly, especially across the area of the sacral, the 9th dorsal, and between the shoulders; and these will aid in stimulating this activity.

6. We would take two of such treatments in the first ten days, see?

7. These as we find would be the better things for this body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Must treatment of last reading be continued? (A) This as we find, as related to these - this would be the better as has been outlined.

10. (Q) Is the condition in my body caused by certain foods? If so, what? (A) It's rather a combination. The nerves of the body are tired at times - overtaxed in the coordinations between the emotions and the physical forces of the body. These as we find in the present are the greater sources, or areas, rather than foods. For the body has learned very well as to its diet. And when it conforms to that it knows, these keep a very good balance.

11. (Q) Must I leave off all sweets, starches, milk and white bread? (A) Not necessarily. While these upset at times and make for a slowing of the circulation, we will find bettered conditions if there is the proper distribution of energies to stimulate a better circulation - and not so full here at the heart and lungs and liver. It may appear at first to upset the kidneys a bit, but this needs to be flushed, as well as does the general alimentary canal. You see, we are slowing the superficial circulation and, as indicated, increasing at times various areas in the central or the deeper circulation.

12. (Q) What causes nervousness? (A) Those pressures upon the sympathetic nerves by the used energies not being eliminated, as well as the distribution through the circulatory forces of the body itself. Then, as combined with the emotional body that is not coordinated always with the physical body.

13. (Q) Please advise how I can realize my desire for healing to come without physical remedies. Is it possible for me to demonstrate this? (A) Anyone may demonstrate that which is really desired, if the entity is willing to pay the price of same! As we have indicated so oft - when there are disturbances in the physical that are of a physical nature, these need to be tended to or treated, or application made, through physical means. There is as much of God in the physical as there is in the spiritual or mental, for it should be one! But it was as necessary, when the Master demonstrated, to

69-5 Page 3

use that needed in the bodies of individuals as curative forces as it was in the mental. To some He gave, "Thy sins be forgiven thee." To others He applied clay. To others they were dipped in water. To others, they must show themselves to the priest, offering that as had been the mental and the material law. These are one. Understand them as one, yet do not attempt, at all times, to heal with word when mechanical or others means are necessary to attune some disturbed portion with the mental and the spiritual forces of the body. Remember, the spirit is ever willing; the flesh is weak.

14. (Q) Desiring that this information come from the Blessed Ascended Master, Jesus Christ, if it is His will, I would like a personal message and advice from Him as to how I can be more conscious of His help, and how I may be of greater service to Him, in this embodiment, in helping others. (A) Be not afraid, as has been indicated to this body. Thy body is indeed the temple of the living God. This ye know. Have ye realized same? Turn within. There He hath promised to meet thee. He has not failed thee at any time. Hast thou at all times kept faith, kept thy appointments, kept thy purpose with Him? This may only be answered within self. For, remember, He hath never condemned, He never does condemn anyone. It must be of thine own free will. Meditate upon that promise He hath given, "Be not afraid, it is I."

15. (Q) What is the best way to handle the situation in my home? (A) As ye would that others would do to thee, if circumstances, conditions of every nature, were reversed; do ye unto those.

16. (Q) What does this situation in the home have to do with my physical condition? (A) As indicated, it oft upsets that equilibrium between the emotional body and the factual or physical body. Thus it keeps a nerve tension in the body.

17. (Q) Is it best for my son R... and his family to remain in my home or make a home for themselves? (A) It is ever best for individuals to make a home for themselves. For, every tub must stand on its own bottom - if it is to remain a tub. Yet who wants to be a tub? So, as in these circumstances, all things must be considered. There are problems to be met, to be sure, and there are the

69-5 Page 4

needs for these to be worked out; else they would not now become opportunities. As to whether they are to be opportunities or stumbling blocks, the individuals must choose for themselves.

18. (Q) Is it necessary to have osteopathic treatments? If so, by whom? (A) We haven't given any here, have we?

19. (Q) Explain the foot trouble I have, and advise proper shoes. (A) This is a part of the effect from those pressures, which will be materially aided if there is the proper massage given with the oils along the limbs and the feet. For, as has been indicated, when the circulation is slowed, the extremities are the areas that obtain the least of the proper impulse for the removal of used energies. Thus, as we find, this condition will be materially aided by the massage. Those shoes that have a cushion in the inner sole would be the better for this body.

20. (Q) How may I give myself baths? (A) These may not be given by self. Give them as indicated, by Witcher.

21. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Seek to know Him as that guiding force in thy experience.

22. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD's notes at the time of the reading: Notice the reading says that the alimentary canal needs to be flushed. This would seem to indicate that you should have a high enema or colonic before you begin taking the fume baths.) .)
