1. EC: Now these are the conditions that we find are abnormal in this body of [72]. To go back to when she was a child, some two to six months old, we find there was an accident to the child in which her spine was injured, or caused to be out of line. This effecting the nerves along this part of the body that have to do with the sensory nervous system, it gave to the eyesight the effect of revibration between the sympathetic nerves and the cerebrospinal nerves when vision was attempted, so that the eyes had the effect of one with St. Vitus Dance, or rolling and turning of the eyes.

2. Not being able to focus the eyesight, the brain was made conscious of the attempt of the eye to behold. The brain receives or beholds the impression before the impression is carried from the eyes to the brain. This impression is first received through the sense of hearing, touch, or smell before the sight becomes focused enough to discern everything. There is a lack of coordination, or cooperation, between the sympathetic nerve centers. The eyesight in this body would have become dormant, but nature in an attempt to establish equilibrium and to assist the body, threw out these feelers, to assist the cerebrospinal nerves to receive the proper connection on the used forces of the eyesight, taste, and hearing. When congestion sets in this part of the body is affected first.

3. Now, all of the medicines we could give would not relieve this condition, but we would give medicinal properties to assist in eliminating the used forces through these abnormal channels in the system, and when pain comes to the body at times.

4. To bring this body to a normal condition we would treat the body through osteopathic treatment, or manipulation, so that we would relax the entire spinal system, especially through the cervicals and the upper dosals. Until we can relax the body enough to relieve these lesions formed at the fourth and sixth cervicals and the second and third dorsals, we will be unable to bring this body to a normal condition. The body is in development and should be brought to a normal condition as soon as possible.

5. In treating this body by manipulation it will be well that this portion of the body is well heated every five days with applied heat along the portions we are trying to relax, and with this heat we would apply to the body the medicinal properties we find in this:

Pure Apple Vinegar, Sodium Chloride.

To be rubbed over these portions of the body well dampened with the vinegar and the heat applied to dry these portions. This will give strength to the vertebrae. The dorsals are sunken in to the side and the cervicals more to the side or end. Through these we will overcome the conditions in the nervous system and the condition of the eyesight, and the consciousness of self being in this condition and this body will be brought to a normal condition.

6. This is as we find this body here.
