1. EC: Yes. Now, we find - for the physical conditions with this body, these that disturb the most are rather of the subtle nature. While the distortions in the physical functioning in some portions of the organism seem, or apparently are, those causing the greater distress, others that are apparently of the minor nature are the most undermining for the physical constitution. The distress as is produced in the respiratory system, that as causes the pressure in the sensory organism, and hinders in the perfect coordination of the organs of the sensory system with those of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, these are aggravating - but that condition that produces an excess of the mucus or serum or lymphatic excretions to become excessive, is the more subtle, and is that which prevents the proper drainage and proper eliminations in system, and were THESE - and those causes as affect same - corrected or assisted to a nearer correction, then the distresses as we would find in others would be MUCH better, and would be relieved, and we would not have these distressing forces in the system.
2. These conditions, or this drainage then, needs best be set up, as WE find, through the use of FUME baths, or MEDICATED baths, that will act WITH the respiratory system. Not causing an excessive heat that would be detrimental to the heart's action, but rather that that would keep the nearer normal temperature of the body, yet would carry WITH same - or IN same - those of properties that, being absorbed in the system, from the whole of the respiratory system, or whole of the body itself, would assist in stimulating circulation, in stimulating the eliminations in such a way and manner as to bring the better elements for the body.
3. These, in this type of bath, should be first - for at LEAST twenty minutes - those fumes from Epsom Salts, with the body kept at a near normal temperature, or at about eighty degrees. Then the fumes from this over the whole system.

4. After the body was throughly rubbed down from such treatments, we would drink PLENTY of, or as much as may be taken of the juice of lime or lemon. Then, for ten to fifteen minutes - after the body cooled and rubbed down thoroughly with rough cloth or mats, or towels, we would AGAIN rest in such a fume, but carrying two ounces of water and one-half ounce of witch hazel, or that proportion - and this should be taken, as said, from ten to fifteen minutes - then AGAIN rubbed down.
5. These would be well to take at least every OTHER day.
6. As for the diet, be mindful that there are not those properties that cause too much dross in system. That that as is taken is well assimilated.
7. Do this for at least twenty-eight to thirty days. Then we would give changes. This may be accomplished wherever the body resides, or may be taken in those institutions as may be prepared, or ARE prepared, for same. We are through for the present.
