1. LS: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will answer all questions which I will ask you relative to this body.

2. EC: Now, we find the general physical conditions in this body are very good, following much along the lines as were given for the body for the development in the physical. While we find there are still some conditions in the physical that would function near the normal with the correction of these, still the development in the physical, the development for the better forces of the body, may be kept in that way and manner as has been outlined for the body.

3. As to the specific conditions as shown in the ear, eye and nostril, pertaining to the sensory system and to the body's ability to correlate those suggestions as are given to the body in physical action of retraction in self, reaction in self, or of defense in self: These may be assisted by the correction of that bone in the nasal cavity and this would remove some strain, depending, however, upon the intent and purpose of the individual in its physical development. The lesion as was shown, and as exists in part in the 1st cervical, where some pressure is created on the pineal gland, this should be removed entirely by the correction of the subluxation as is shown there, for the pressure there keeps or prevents the eliminations in their proper manner from the sensory system proper. Hence with eliminations improperly done, assimilation improperly occurs. Hence the trouble in coordination.

4. We would give, then, make these corrections in the body in the 1st cervical, in the nasal cavities, and while these are being strengthened, strengthen those muscular tissues about the central portion of body, that the digestive system may eliminate properly.

5. Do that.

6. (Q) What are the conditions of the teeth and gums at present? (A) These show some conditions of the poor eliminations in the system. These, as given, are better than when we had them before, under SOME conditions, yet the eliminations should be better removed from the body.

7. (Q) What causes the eyes to water at times? (A) Improper elimination from pressure, as given, in pineal gland center. Repression through eliminations in sensory system.

8. (Q) Should the bone in the nose be corrected by an operation? (A) Be very well, as given; should the body depend upon the change in the work, the eliminations as through these may be corrected by correction of the pressure in 1st cervical. The correction in the bone in the nose will prevent this giving trouble in after years. Operation would be necessary, for the cartilaginous forces are of such an arrangement that they become crosswise in the left and right (more in the left) of the cavity. Hence trouble with any portion with the defective condition would produce trouble, were eliminations not set properly.

9. (Q) Is the injured thumb improving under present treatments? (A) Very good.

10. (Q) How many more treatments should be taken to restore the thumb to normal? (A) Six.

11. (Q) What method should the body use to give the remarkable powers of resistance to physical exhaustion? (A) Keep the eliminations properly set in system. Correct the lesions and the troubles in 1st cervical, stimulating muscular forces in central portion of body, which gives resistance to the whole system; for remember all circulation passes twice through the central portion of body to once through extremities. The resistance must be built from the solar plexus center. Strengthen the muscular forces at the apex of the central system, or that in pit of stomach, to give the resistance necessary. These are reached when eliminations in all systems (circulation, lymphatic, nerve, blood supply) are normal. We will never get all normal, or make the proper corrections in eliminations, until subluxations in 1st cervical are corrected properly. Neither will we gain correlation of activities through sensory system.

12. (Q) What method of exercise should the body use to strengthen and broaden the shoulders? (A) Any of those that expand the shoulders and upper muscles of body. The correction in the cervical first.

With the correction there will be given much relief to all upper portions of body. Hence the development would be more regular, more in order of its development.

13. (Q) How many more osteopathic treatments, including electrical vibrations, should be taken by this body? (A) Until the correction is made in the 1st cervical. This may be done in two to three treatments, properly done (hasn't been done yet). The muscular tissue and forces that would keep same in place would require six to eight after correction.

14. (Q) What special foods should be given the body that would give to the mind and body strength, endurance and activity? (A) Green vegetable forces of every character, especially those of the tuberous nature. Of course some portions of them are cooked, the greater number eaten raw. Carrots, turnips, potatoes, forces of that character. Tuberous nature, beans, lentils, peas, celery, those of that nature. Meat that would be taken, beef, raw or the blood of beef. Not large quantities, but that which would assimilate with the system.

15. (Q) At what age will the body have attained its full growth? (A) Thirty-three.

16. (Q) What will be the weight of the body at that time? (A) Hundred and eighty-seven.

17. We are through.
