1. LBC: You have before you [83], of Cor. ... St. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly and tell us what his condition is now.
2. EC: Yes, we have had him here before. You see we have the general condition of the whole body somewhat better than we had before, but the resistive force of power, or forces in the body, are not so well.
3. (Q) What conditions do you find? (A) A general debilitiation of all of the recuperative forces.
4. (Q) What has caused this change? (A) Using up of the force in resisting the effect of the first cause.
5. (Q) What causes the pains in the head? (A) Lack of enough blood going there to supply the demand, using the force of the recuperative power to the brain in itself.
6. (Q) What is the condition of his bowels, now as compared with before? (A) Like we had the first time.
7. (Q) What is the condition of the blood now? (A) The blood is generally better, but the resistive force in the blood is not as good.
8. (Q) What is the cause of that? (A) Using up to the make-up of the body, or the growth into it.
9. (Q) Is he getting enough of the electricity, or what treatment would you prescribe for the present condition. (A) Plenty of the ozone or oxidization to the body, to the blood and plenty of the oxygen from the outside. Plenty of the recuperative force to the capillary circulation. Bring more into effect use of the body, more to the emunctories that have been used up through the sympathetic circulation. The body is wasted away and has become emaciated. The capillary circulation or that to the exterior portions of the system, has become emaciated. Will have to use them and bring into force and will bring the recuperative power back

to the body.
10. (Q) How will you do that? (A) By using them, and bringing into force of action.
11. (Q) What per-cent has the hemoglobin been increased? (A) 1/16 as before. How the action of the force on it, carries back for the time being, the action on the force of the hemoglobin in the blood, or oxidization of the blood, forces the action on to the blood and increases the hemoglobin. The action on to the forces as carried into the circulation, through the heart and acted on by that of the air in the lung, produced the hemoglobin about one to sixty.
12. (Q) Is he getting enough electricity? (A) Yes.
13. (Q) Is the specific gravity increased any? (A) A little.
14. (Q) How much? (A) One to 37.
15. (Q) Is there any medicine you would prescribe or any other treatment besides the ozone and electricity? (A) Only those to act on the the exterior portion of the body by that of baths to it, to bring out the forces of action of the forces, and oil along the spine.
