1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we find has those abnormal conditions that would be the result of those physical defects in the functioning of the system. Much produced by long standing, and the general system, attempting to correct itself, brings about much of the conditions that cause distress to the body.
3. These, then, are conditions as we find them in this body, [86] we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this below the normal, and often carrying toxins and also those bacilli of acute conditions produced in various portions of the body by this acute condition arising in the capillary circulation, showing at times in the cuticle in the form of dry, again in the form of abrasions that break.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find the greater distress in that which has brought about the existent conditions. There, then, are many centers that are under strain. Chief in these is that about the solar plexus and the 2nd lumbar plexus. From this we find the radiation to the digestive system in the lower portion of the body, and the mesenteric system. This also reflexly affects then the eliminations in the intestinal system, and the general causes of constipation. Then, added with this inflammation, then the toxins, then the general condition in the system of congestion, brings about this complication of condition in the circulation and in the system general, produces this congestion in the portions of the body in the right side. This causes the condition in the liver to become acute. The lungs, attempting to take charge of overflow of blood, gives

distress to throat and the upper portion of body.
6. In the system - that is, of the organs themselves, these we find under stress and strain from these existent conditions, especially has there been trouble recently with the sensory organism - eyes, throat and ears giving some trouble, through this overtaxed condition and the reflex cause to the centers in the upper dorsal and in the cervical region.
7. Then, to bring about a more normal condition for this body, and bring the relief to many portions of the system, would be first to give that correction as is necessary through the deep manipulation and the adjustments, osteopathically, of those conditions along the cerebrospinal system, cleansing the blood at the same time by the use of the Alpine or Rino ray, given at least twice each week. The osteopathic adjustments should be at least twice each week, or each day at first for one week, and then twice each week.
8. Following close in the diet, for this is necessary for the rebuilding of the depleted system. Not much of any meats, but fruit and vegetables, and as much green vegetable as possible.
9. Keep the intestinal tract open, using enemas occasionally to cleanse the colon, for this will reduce the toxic condition in system and, removing the stress, will overcome various conditions as are seen in the bloodstream, in the whole general system, in the nerve system, and the general debilitation will be overcome and rebuilding in the system will begin.
10. Necessary that at least twenty-six (26) to thirty-six (36) such treatments, osteopathically, be given. Then fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) of the Rino or Alpine ray treatments. Do that.
11. (Q) Is there any local application to be used to the skin for the abrasions? (A) Only those of the nature as antiseptics for the system is necessary. Correcting the system will overcome the condition, rather than local applications, other than to keep cleansed through the antiseptics.
