1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body: There are several but they are only aggravated conditions and may be easily corrected with the proper incentives for the body. They have to do with the elimination of poisons in the system, and the effect as produced by this condition through the organs of the body, with the effect as produced on the nervous systems.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body, [95], we are speaking of. The circulation - the blood itself in the system, we find deficient in quantity and quality, produced by toxins that are backed up through the hepatic circulation and by a distribution of same through the system which produces an anemic condition of the functioning cell and gland force in many portions of the body. The number of the cell forces in the blood are deficient, hence the tired feeling, the nausea feeling at times to the body, the inability of the body to rest well or to obtain rest when the body attempts to; it is as tired when it wakes up as it was when it laid down.
3. In the nervous system we find there have been in times back, through some of the portions of the pelvis, some conditions produced by a strain to the nerve forces, especially those of the ilium plexus. Those have in part been abridged by the natural forces in the system, yet have left within the body the effect of this condition. Hence we have at times a nervous digestion followed by headaches.
4. The body has troubles, then, with the intestinal tract; the inclination of constipation throughout the whole intestinal tract; laggard circulation of both nerve and blood forces through the colon; pains across the small of the back at times, nerve force reaction, see? The effect of this condition to the cerebrospinal nervous system is to produce within the body dissatisfaction and discontent, see, in every way. To the sympathetic system there is an overstrain on muscular forces, the slowing up materially of the functioning of all of the organs of the trunk portion of the body; that is, the liver, the kidneys, the condition of

the heart forces, the condition of the lung forces and of the organs of the pelvis. Though slowed in their condition without organic troubles, nerve forces are deranged, you see.
5. Through the functioning of the organs themselves the brain forces of this body are very good. The action of all forces of the cerebrospinal are all in accord, save when they, that is, the nerve forces of the brain, are acted upon by forces of the sympathetic system. Through the lungs, the clarification takes place in its order - there is a nervous condition that shows at times through the upper portion. The heart forces, very good. The digestive tract, an expression of the nerve condition as produced by the forces as we have given, causing at times the disposition of fullness to the stomach itself. The liver, as presented from a condition of the blood force and nerve conditions, we find the emunctories through this acting very slow; not excreting as it should. The secretions are nil. Through the hepatic circulation, that is, between the liver and the kidneys, we find at times it is high and again it tends to be cold and below the normal, and we have the dull feeling to the lower portions of the body; the kidneys acting in the opposite to the positive - or the liver itself.
6. Now, to give relief to this body - and to give the normal action of the system, would be to give that in the system that will produce the perfect elimination, to give the incentives to the intestinal tract to relieve this portion of the body from having, or being possessed with, auto-intoxication as is the case at times as we find here; and to give to the nerve centers, that is, will give, the correct incentives to all the muscular and lymph forces, for there is little lymph in the system - take this in the body:
7. To one gallon of rain or distilled water, we would add: Wild Cherry Bark.............2 ounces, Prickly Ash Bark.............2 ounces, Black Snake Root.............2 ounces, Yellow Dock Root.............2 ounces, Mandrake Root................3 grains, Elder Flower.................2 ounces.
8. Simmer, not boil, until reduced to one quart; strain; while warm add six ounces of grain alcohol with three drams of Balsam of Tolu. The dose would be a teaspoonful four times each day just before meals and just before retiring.
9. Each evening the body should take exercises just before taking the dose of medicine last, you see. The exercises would be of the specific nature and would be of this
95-1 Page 3
character: an upward and circular motion of the arms for the upper portion of the body, lifting the diaphragm as high as possible for two to three minutes; the circular motion of the body with the hands on the hips, first one way then the other for two to three minutes, see; then the stooping position, heels together just a bit apart, and stoop, see, and raise up for one minute.
10. Do that.
11. We are through.
