1. EC: Yes. Now, we find there are conditions in the physical that may be aided, and so act upon the physical functioning that a much nearer normal reaction may be expected in the system. While this may not be termed a whole cure, or one as would be accomplished momentarily, there may be builded much that would make for a very different reaction in the system.

2. These, we find, have to do physically both with the physical forces and the mental forces. The causes, as we find, an undermining of that element in the system as produces that stamina in the nerve force itself that acts in conjunction with the impulse and the activity in the physical AND the mental forces of the body. This, as we find, has been produced by the usage in the system of an element in those properties taken IN the system to DESTROY OTHER bacilli, and has - as it were - destroyed much vital force; yet this may be aided to be brought to a nearer normal reaction.

3. These are the indications as we find: That of an incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system; disorders in the blood supply; an over amount of the white as compared to the red blood supply; no stamina or stability in the muscular forces and their reactions, as retentive; those active forces of the tendons and muscles themselves show that in gripping, walking, or activities, these are as SECONDARY in action, and not as a normalcy; yet tautness results at times, and contractions in the forces in system, as does the same in the activity of the muscular forces with reflexes of the mental force itself.

4. In the forces as produced in the functioning of organs, MANY as related to the vital force of LIFE are active; many as related to those of the involuntary forces are inactive.

5. In meeting, then, conditions as we would find for this system, we would find that the changes had best be made in the surroundings - yet it will require the attention of one

close with the body for at least a great deal of the first portion or period of application.

6. We would begin first by taking into the system those properties of Gold with the Sodas, using the solutions as of one to fifteen in the Gold and the Bicarbonate one to ten. In the dosage of same, begin with one drop of the Gold and two drops of the Soda. This should be given at least twice each day. Every third day increase the dosage one drop of the Gold and proportioned with the other, see? Increase in the same ratio until ten drops are being given twice each day. Then REST for at least five days. Then BEGIN again with the one drop, and so on - see?

7. Also, at least every OTHER day - in the BEGINNING, or until at least five such treatments are given - we would take those FUMES of the Chloride of Gold until we will change the exterior forces of the body itself to almost a golden hue.

8. Following each of the treatments in such fume baths, we would massage along the spine with a small quantity of Balsam of Sulphur. ESPECIALLY would this be massaged INTO the body in the UPPER CERVICALS, in the 9th, 10th and 11th dorsal, and across the lower lumbar and sacral.

9. Should this increased circulation increase that tendency of the excretions through the capillary circulation, producing pimples and such over the system - these, we find, will be relieved most by increasing the eliminations through the alimentary canal, but DO NOT allow those properties of active forces to overtax the KIDNEYS in such an elimination.

10. Begin with these, in this manner, and we may give that as necessary for the changes in this body, [104]. We are through for the present. Copy to [5417] " " Ass'n office " " Research Department " " Dr. Lydic
