1. GC: You will have before you the body of Mrs. [106] of ..., New York City. You will give the physical conditions of the body at this time, with any suggestions for improvement of same. You will also have the specific conditions as results from train sickness, such as occurred with this body on April 11th to 13th, 1925. You will tell us a specific remedy for this trouble, and if same may be used with other individuals suffering from same ailment. You will please outline also a diet for this body and any other suggestions that would be for the good of the physical health of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find the physical conditions in this body are somewhat improved from those when we had these before. The nerve tension and strain in system, and the effects as are produced in the physical organism of the body through the functioning of the system, are improved, so that the nominal eliminations are coming near to their normal conditions in the body.
3. The physical forces only need at present that care and attention, especially in the diet, for the body to become near normal conditions for the body.
4. We would take then this, near this, for the diet for the body:
5. Of mornings, first the body should take at least tablespoonful Petrolagar, or simple properties to produce the full flow of the assimilated forces in the body. This would be well to be used of the alkaline nature. Then, soon after, should be taken cereal with much bran and with warm water with lemon, without sugar.
6. In lunch meal, of vegetable soups without too much meats in same, with the green vegetable forces taken afterward.
7. In evening there should be the meal carrying the proteins in that of the meats that will give the sufficient vitality to the system. Lean beef, veal or mutton, with the vegetable of the below the ground with same. Coffee or teas should be kept low or almost nil for the body. Simple stimulants in the system will be very good.

8. In evenings before retiring, again the lubricant should be taken for the system.
9. In the following out of these, these may be changed from time to time; as of morning, from the cereal to soft egg and crisp bacon, with whole wheat bread toast, with the simple form of postum or cereal stimulants and others in accordance, though never get the body in that position wherein the body does not control the appetite rather than appetite controlling system. That is, when necessary, or circumstances set for the system those conditions wherein the desires take of other properties, do so without fear of upsetting the whole system, but never too high seasoned food or too much acid, same as given for the system.
10. As to the conditions as relating to April 11th to 13th, these we find are much of the psychological conditions of the body, yet for this, and other bodies, there may be prepared that which would eliminate the greater portion of this condition, when the mental forces are kept with the correct equilibrium in body.
11. They would be found in this: To 2 ounces of a 2% solution of lime water, add 2 ounces of a 10% solution of cinnamon water. To this 10 minims of a 10% solution of Iodide Potassium, with 5 minims of 10% solution Bromide Potassium.
12. The dose of this would be 3 to 5 drops in water, taken every 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours, according to the needs of the condition of the body. This we would find will offer the correct balance in the system for nausea as is produced by the motion, for the action of same is of a nerve condition, produced by unbalancing of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexuses, producing nausea, headache, to the body. This we find would work direct with the system as in this: The lime water offering the reaction in gastric juices to produce elimination, the cinnamon offering the sediment and sedative or the gastric juices, while the Iodide and Bromide act as the sedimentary forces for the nerve system, pneumogastric and hypogastric each being acted upon in a different manner by the two in the combination with each other in this manner.
13. With these we would find the greater benefits to those of such conditions. Do that.
14. (Q) Would this remedy be beneficial in sea-sickness? (A) Any condition wherein the body is set in undue motion or position. Be well for dancers, or sea-sickness, or train sickness, or auto trips; any wherein the body is unduly positioned. [See 136-67 seasick remedy - similar - given for her daughter-in-law, 7/28/27.]
