1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same.
2. EC: Now, there are many changes in the physical conditions of this body at the present from that as we have had here before. Some for better. Some not so good.
3. Those conditions which tend to produce that condition in the system as has recently occurred in the hindrance of the circulation throughout the body not so good, for the strain as has been produced by this, both on the heart's action and the nerves of the interior, or of the circulation that has to do with the interior forces of system, especially that as is seen which functions from those portions of the organs that are un-exposed in any way or manner, see? this isn't so good.
4. The general condition may be improved somewhat through that of the massage of the body, more in the manner of the Swedish movements, or Swedish massage throughout the system, to bring a more capillary circulation, one that will make the better connection, as it were, between the lymphatic circulation and the arterial circulation, for with this slowness of the return to the system, this produces a drag on the whole body that isn't very good, see? Such movements, as we see, will give to all of the centers that of a better unified condi- tion, creating a better equilibrium throughout the body. Not that the condition is serious, but, allowed to remain, there may be a return of old conditions existing in the system in times back, for these may become localized in weakened portions, see? either through the digestion, or through some over strain to the system in any portion of the system.
5. We would, then, follow THAT line of the corrections for this body. These may be taken two to three times each week; keeping outside as much as possible; keeping in the open air - this would be well for the body. Not an over strain in

any way, either mentally, physically, or in any manner. Over strain, worry, isn't good, especially under such strains, because we may bring too much of the blood to the head with such conditions, for it's easy to form clots, with such an existent condition, in, or as would be BETWEEN the circulations in this body.
6. The diet kept near that of the normal, for the body is a very good dietician - uses the will much itself, but well that this be heeded and adhered to, else we may find bad effects, coming, sooner or later, from this condition, see?
7. We are through for the present.
