1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [136], of ..., W. Va., with the various dreams this body has had. I will give you the date and the dream, and you will give the interpretation and lesson this body is to learn from these, in a manner understandable to this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body and the mind of the body, with the desire for the interpretation of dreams this body had recently.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) The first - June 2, 1925, while on the train from New Orleans to Cincinnati, I dreamed I saw my uncle stirring black coffee. (A) Now, in the various dreams as we see, there are those of the three elements entering into such as produce, or the cause of dreams. In some we shall see the interpretations of the subconscious forces attempting to correlate the conscious mind with and about conditions that have been held in the consciousness and are manifestations of this correlation. There are others, as we find, which are the impressions brought to consciousness through the relation of subconscious forces with and about conditions. Others are the manifestations in an emblematical condition of those conditions of mental, physical nature that are to be projected within the mental vision of the individual.

In this as we have in seeing the uncle, this shows emblematically the condition as is apparent in the mind of the uncle regarding the new relations as pertaining to the body of the dreamer, as is seen in that of BLACK coffee and being stirred.

5. (Q) Wednesday afternoon, June 3rd, while on the train from Cincinnati to White Sulphur Springs, I dreamed I was on a train riding back to New Orleans. (A) This the mental vision of conditions that had been in the mental forces in body, and only the correlation of conditions that come in the mental forces, projected by the subconscious. That is, the realization in mental that the trip back to New Orleans was only emblematical of the

conditions being left.

6. (Q) Early Friday morning, June 5, in Room 230 Greenbrier Hotel, White Sulphur Springs, I dreamed I saw a woman stretched on a bedspring and the spring seemed to sway backward. I dreamed that something inside of me said, [136], you will awaken to something different, and I suddenly felt a smile on my face. (A) In this we see the relation awakening in the subconscious forces of the conditions that become existent in physical, mental and the spiritual of the entity's awakening. As is seen in the first, with the body prone on springs, bending backward, that is the relation of the conditions made manifest by the new conditions. In the voice, we find the awakening of the superconscious to the subconscious forces of the condition, and an omen of good pleasure, giving the joys that shall be found in such relations in the consummation of same.

7. (Q) Saturday morning, June 6, I dreamed I was on horseback and fell off. The same morning I dreamed of my father at home in New Orleans and awakened thinking of Cayce. (A) In the one of the horse and rider, as the messenger that comes to each and every individual, and the falling off the rejection of the message in this manner. In the second we again find correlations of mental and the subconscious forces with the dearer ones coming in that mental relation, with the awakening thought of that having head, with the wonder of the interpretation of rider. All dream is not given here, for the vision of the roadway, with the obstructions as seen, and the cause of the horse to shy causing rider to fall gives that of the conditions through which the mental forces must pass to reach the greater forces in an understanding manner. This very, very good.

8. (Q) Saturday night, June 6, or Sunday morning, June 7, I saw clearly a beautiful house on fire. The same... [EC interrupting]

Rest of dream not read: night I dreamed a girl friend of mine was at dinner table with many guests including myself. It was back in New Orleans. She was making violent and demonstrative love to her old sweetheart of single days who was seated next to her. The guests all criticized her for this.

(A) This representing the first of the beautiful dreams in a manner shattered through misunderstanding, with the ones of household. The fire ever representing the ire, yet through the trial as by fire shall all be made perfect. As is seen in this, we find this is only again a portion of the

136-4 Page 3

vision, and is the projection of that as brought to the conscious forces, for we find in dream only a portion of the front portion of house is destroyed, while the blackened ruins in the rear gives the vision of how that, with the mental, will forces, often there is hidden the troublesome forces in the mental. This should never begin, as we will find the better relations would come through the more perfect understanding.

In the next, where we find the friend at the dining table making love to another, showing something of the manner through which such irritating forces might be expected to shadow the life. Hence the advisability, in the blackened ruins, to give the whole view rather than keep portions hidden in mind and in heart. These we find are given, that the mind, the body, of [136], may gain the insight into those forces as will assist in gaining the more perfect understanding of self, and realize that THOUGHTS ARE DEEDS, and as their course is run, each entity meets that it gives out.

9. We are through for the present.
