This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 30th day of September, 1925, in accordance with request made by her husband, Mr. [900].

1. GC: You will have before you [136], who was at ..., New York City, N.Y., at 11:00 o'clock, Wednesday Morning, September 30, 1925. You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for the improvement of same. You will answer any questions which I might ask you regarding this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. Now, we find the changes are taking place with this body, and the development of the physical, mental and spiritual forces have their effect upon the physical condition of the body. The body, though, physically very good. Needs be that the eliminations in the system be kept regularly and regulated from time to time. Be well that at least twice each month, or oftener when necessary, that the body have the thorough massage of the osteopath, that the body may keep the eliminations and the developments of the organs of the system, that the whole system may give off that necessary for the body building, and keeping the system in that equilibrium necessary for the best physical conditions of this body, see?

3. The headaches, the nausea, is that of the physical forces taking their normal action. With the massage and manipula- tion we would find these would come to their normal condition and prevent these conditions arising in the system. Keeping the eliminations in the intestinal tract, keeping those in the blood supply turned to their normal flow under the stress of the forces. Keeping in the open as much as is practical for the body, without strain to any portion of the body, especially in that of a strain to the spine in any manner, or in the hips or trunk portion of body, keeping the gentle exercises, such as keep a normal equilibrium for the system, see?

4. (Q) What doctor would be the best to give the treatments for this body? (A) Some good osteopath, or osteopath masseur, see?

5. (Q) What should the diet for this body be?

(A) That, as we see, will be changed from time to time, and should be under the direction of the one giving the treatments, for with portions of the system there must come the various developments to prevent that of an unequalized condition in any portion of the system, see?
