1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [136] of New York City, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regardng same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [136]. This we have had here before. The dreams as we see that come to this body, with their lessons, are the experiences necessary for the entity's development into that sphere of understanding phenomenas of life that gives the entity that wherewithal to gain the knowledge necessary for the better development, mentally, morally, spiritually, financially, see? Ready for dream.

3. (Q) October 21, 1925, Wednesday, at home. "It either was my mother or mother-in-law (could have been either or both, although the former stands out most clearly) with whom I was purchasing a dress for myself. It was a peculiar dress the saleslady had tried on me - a frill ballet affair over a dark underslip. I had a gold band about my head that dressed my hair as a turban. The saleslady told me it was pretty on me and I felt so. My mother, however, said it was unbecoming - not the dress for me. I went to another saleslady and she said: 'Yes, Miss, you mother is right - that is not a becoming dress on you.' I noticed as I went to change my garments that I was in an open dressing room, where even though my clothes were off, all the people could see me and I noticed across the street a moving picture show and felt all could see me dressing and undressing. On my way to the dressing room I overheard my mother calling a saleslady's attention to something underneath the tables on the floor of the store upon which merchandise was displayed. Upon looking under these tables, I beheld two men with both legs off propelling their way about on rollers used by such unfortunate men. It was a piteous terrible sight - these

bound men, crawling on the floor, even under the merchandise tables. I said: 'THESE MEN ARE DEGENERATES - THAT IS WHY THEY ARE THAT WAY.'" (A) In this we find the mental forces, with that of the subconscious, giving in emblematical form the conditions from which the entity, mentally, may gain much by study. In that of the dress as is seen, the entity is taking on then new thoughts, new ideals in the mental world, as it were; the saleslady telling of same, agreeing, as it were, with those mental developments, mental changes. The band about the head making same a turban, that then, as it were, to the entity, to the mind, mystery; yet golden in its action to the mind and truth as seen, for the turban and gold both present that to the mind in the thought of such forces. The disagreement by the mother and by others called into question, shows how that others may disagree with the entity. Showing, then, that condition as of the whole body-mind and self laid bare to criticism, by even entertaining such ideas as had been held or might be held by the entity.

The seeing of others under table, men in a condition of piteousness, presenting that to the entity as is seen, as it were, the reasoning within, showing that by rejection of truth in self, others and the entity may make of themselves those piteous conditions in their understanding of the phenomenas of life and the truths that are set forth by the all-powerful forces throughout the universe.

Then the lesson as would be gained by this: As the various truths of the phenomena of life, as these various lessons come to the entity, gain from those that which will bring the better understanding, and as self sees them, gain that as may be applied in the individual life. For each life, as is seen, is an individual entity and a portion of that Whole, manifesting the views, the concept, the conscious forces, as are expressed in the individual of the creative forces in the universe - see? Then, gain that lesson and apply same in the individual life, for in this we see developments.

4. (Q) Morning of October 23, l925, at home. "I was at the table with my husband and he was talking of my green water glasses. 'Now you just keep quiet,' I told him, 'don't you criticize my glasses.'" (A) In this again is seen those conditions as have been shown to entity in the vision as has passed. That of the satisfaction that is found in that pleasing to self, in that

it answers to the individual's concept of creative forces.

As is seen in green, that of development. As is seen in glasses, that which holds that which may become the body- mind, the moral-mind, the physical body. Then do not care what others may say, so that as seen answers for that concept of the creative force. A lesson well learned. Gain same.
