1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and you will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

2. EC: (in undertone - "some pains - " we couldn't catch all of it).

3. Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.

4. Now, we find that in the general way and manner the body is very good. Those conditions as necessary for correction in the physical condition of the body, that through the purely physical and material those conditions may act in the normal way and manner for the full development, are being gradually brought about to their normal force and way and manner. Not without some misgivings to the entity, yet we find that physically the conditions are assuming nearer and nearer normal conditions. Well that the full mental attitude be kept much in the way and manner as has been from time to time assumed by the individual, and as has been given would be well for the entity to do, for the best condition of self and for that entity depending upon same for the material conditions as exist through these physical forces at the present time. Well that changes of scene, of view, of conditions from time to time be assumed and taken by the entity, for through such, and through such changes, would be much better for the body than to be in one channel, one way, or one way of thinking. Beware of too much acids in the diet, see? For the pains (there are some as have been seen recently) in the development are as of those changes as take place through the assimilation and distribution in digestive system that builds for each entity, see? Hence the normal balance, and the excess, as it were, of the lactics and those that prevent too much acid, that we have no trouble from kidneys or from the organs of the pelvis, as the conditions develop. We will find this will hinder, too, and prevent those troublesome conditions as hinder in the exterior of the capillary

circulation from such conditions from time to time, for with the normal eliminations being kept in the system, these will assist to keep the equilibrium in the physical forces, as well as do those adjustments and those manipulations as have been given, and as should be given from time to time, to keep the normal forces for this body, see? Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Would it be advisable, considering the physical conditions for the body, to make the trip to Virginia Beach this week end? (A) Be very good, for, as has been given, change of scenes, of conditions, is well for the body - while, as is given, there should not be too much eating at any change, yet we would find this would be beneficial in the greater way and manner.

6. We are through with this reading.
