1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [136], and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read them to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [136]. This we have had here before. The dreams, as we see, are those conditions in the consciousness of the entity, varying in their phases by those conditions presented from time to time as the body conscious varies in its action, see? In the physical forces many subjugations cause many variations, for the subconscious is the more active in that stage when the body consciousness is subjugated, see, to physical laws. Ready for dream.

3. (Q) Dreams while in Woman's Hospital, 110 St. & Amsterdam Ave., New York City, during the last two weeks. My mother and I were in our New Orleans house at Corondolet St. where we lived when I was a little girl. Mother and I were always afraid and on this occasion heard men enter the house. Upon going to investigate we found three men had broken in, but not to steal but to enquire about leaving liquor at our house. They said that they would give us several days to think it over and give our decision. (A) In this there is seen, in this emblematical way and manner, those conditions being presented through this period in the physical forces of the world action, in that association of the mother with the entity sees actions transpired in this emblematical manner. The home representing the dwelling place of the body in the entity, rather than in a physical way or plane, and the entering of the men and the fear that is felt is rather the fear of this condition in which the entering is seen through the laying aside of the physical forces of the body, and the liquor representing the condition in which these enter, see? and the question as to whether these are to be left is as the question of what each will do with that condition entered,

see?

4. (Q) What is the application of this in my life and how should I act regarding same? (A) This becomes evident, with what is represented by each phase, or each condition as is seen, that, as to what will be done with self, life, or its relations with life, is at that which may be considered in this same relation with such conditions in the physical or material plane. That is, under the law, the entrance of such elements is putting the entity as a law breaker and at the mercy of those enforcing same. Entering the home, entering the spiritual home, in a condition not in accord with same, is placing the body, entity, in that same condition or element. Hence we see the entrance through that of the faith as is placed in Him becomes the law of mercy, rather than the letter of the law. Now this, then, in its entirety, is applicable in the life of this body, and is shown to the entity, as is seen, by those forces, or by the mother having entered in - and which needs the mother's consciousness in its present position - in its broader field - gives to and through this consciousness these emblematical conditions, representing such conditions in the physical and in the spiritual life, see? Just as the liquor represents that in which the entity comes under the law, see? Law of grace rather than the law of mercy - AND the law of mercy rather than the letter of law is presented to the entity, see? Then these as are seen relate to those conditions that are being enacted in the life of the entity, and, as has been given, there is offered to those that enter into same the way of escape, through those forces and those ways and manners that have been presented to the entity, see?

5. (Q) Many children were being killed in accidents. I beheld automobile collisions and many hurt. [900] and I viewed same, and finally we moved on, paying no further attention. [900] went into a store and bought some candy, at which I said: "There you are bothering around buying candy. You know it is not good for you and that you should not eat it." (A) This rather is the warning, as is seen, given to the entity in this emblematical way and manner regarding how that the lives of many children are offered in the channel of over or indulgent eating by selves and by those that are in care of same, and as the entity sees the warning in same, being forewarned, be forearmed, and conduct, guide, direct self and others in that way and channel that brings the better forces to each.

6. (Q) What is meant by the accidents?

136-60 Page 3

(A) Just that as given, that accidents are as those conditions brought about by indulgence. Not as material accidents, but these are as emblematical conditions, see?

7. (Q) By [900]'s actions and his purchase of candy? (A) Rather that as given, that the entity being forewarned, should guard, should direct, should give same warning to this body, see?

8. (Q) Morning of April 18, 1927. My sister phoned me from New Orleans to tell me that my father was desperately sick and the doctors gave little hope. I wanted to get a reading and secure help for him through these sources. (A) In this there is seen, in the light of that which has been given, that the entity again, sees, in this emblematical way and manner, those sources, those forces, that may help the entity in gaining the more perfect understanding of those conditions, those actions, those forces, through which the entity is passing in the mental force and manner as pertain to the conditions, elements, and understanding necessary for the entity to gain that peace and that understanding that brings the better, safer, saner, understanding of how, where, when, and in what manner the life-giving forces of each and every entity may gain that consciousness of the indwelling force of the powers that be. That is, as the entity sees, hears, from an individual concerning the physical condition in the material plane regarding the loved one, there has also been presented to the entity, in that way and manner as has just been given, the greater concept of how that peace of mind is gained that brings the better understanding. See?

9. (Q) Give advice regarding the mental and physical to be warned against when told the truth of her father, for her own and baby's sake. In her present physical she has headaches, backaches, and is often cold although weather is warm. (A) In the mental the body gains through these efforts of the entity to give the more perfect understanding of life in its entirety, and through the physical these find their higher action or their same source or counterpart in the physical being. As the entity views and sees these conditions, the entity finds that it becomes necessary that the entity - for the sake of that life depending upon the physical well being of self for its physical sustenance in the material plane - bear up, and the entity then proceeds in its best mental way and manner to bear up under such conditions for the welfare of this being. In the physical conditions, these are as this:

136-60 Page 4

The mental strain, the mental anxiety from within, has been telling upon the body physical. Well were those conditions attended to in that of the physical, by massaging well into the sacral and the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, equal parts of olive oil and tincture of myrrh. Heat the oil, adding the myrrh to same, using only sufficient to massage for each treatment. This may be done once or twice each day. This will be found strengthening and beneficial toward the entity gaining its physical strength, and in the correction of those conditions necessary to bring about the healing properties in these portions of body by that increased circulation to these parts. By the condition as exists in the cold - this is found that the internal circulation is raised to such an extent by this internal warfare, as it were, within the physical and mental being, and with the relaxing of the body through these forces in this way and manner this will physically be assisted towards bringing the more normal equilibrium for the body. Do not take drugs or medicines for the headaches. Rather correct same by the massage and by the exterior applications, that the physical may gain from the strength in the assimilated and assimilating forces of properties, rather than bringing about those conditions from within that would affect directly the physical well being of that life dependent upon same. Hence the massage in the lower portion - the gentle massage in the head and in the neck. The massage across the upper portion of abdomen with these same properties will prove beneficial, and correcting of these conditions for this body. Do that.

10. We are through for the present.
