1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before.

2. Now, we find there are accentuations of physical conditions that cause distress at times in the physical forces of the body. These have to do especially with the eliminations as function through the respiratory system. Hence, with the cold and congestion that exists, the circulation - especially that in throat, bronchials, upper portion of lung and nasal channels and cavities - has the accentuation exhibited through the mucus membranes of this portion of the system, see?

3. To meet the needs of these conditions we would first stimulate the excretory system, especially through the liver - using as this: Two doses would be necessary - this in each dose:

Podophyllin.................1/2 grain, Leptandrin..................1/2 grain, Sanguinaria.................1/4 grain, Dovers' Powder..............1/4 grain, Senna.......................1/4 grain.

Give the capsules about ten to twelve hours apart, see? following same - after five to six hours after last dose - with a mild saline laxative; as Pluto, Epsom Salts, or such - a mild dose, see?

4. After the first of the capsules is taken, begin with five grain pellets of Calcidin to open or act directly on the respiratory system. Do not begin these until after the first capsule is taken - two or three hours, see? but take one every four hours until there is relief in chest and throat.

5. Well that an inhalant be used in croup cup, or heated in hot water, see? that is, the inhalant as has been given and as is used - pour it in boiling water, or use in croup cup. This will open the head and relieve the pressure and

soreness in throat.

6. Gentle massage. Keep warm. Do not get feet wet, or sit or stand or walk in heavy draft, see?

7. Do that. We will find in two to three days the near normal conditions of the body. Ready for questions. (After pause) We are through.
