1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, you see.

2. Now we find the physical conditions are not as good as when last we had them here. Many of the former conditions have become exaggerated to such an extent as to cause distress in the physical functioning of the body. Some are produced by the same conditions as formerly; others, we find that the taxation of the physical, under the mental forces of the body, with that combativeness of the forces against these that would aid or assist direct, bring distress in the sensory system so as to produce sympathetically much of the distress as is caused in the system. This, especially, do we see in that of the changing in the blood supply or the mental activities of the body, rather raised to such an extent that at present, the spleen has become involved in the conditions, hence, the inefficiency of the organs in this portion of body often brings distress and the body not able to gain that full equilibrium that is necessary in physical rest of physical organisms in body.

3. This produces then, as we see, the strain on the pulmonary circulation, quickening of the heart action, with tendency of the lungs to over fill with the blood supply and the eliminations being weak causes retention in the lung proper, rather that of the cellular inactivity than of organic distresses as yet, but with the depletion of the resistances in red blood supply giving then the anemic reaction to the system. This might become very detrimental to the body. Well, then, that the body accords inner self more to that ability to enter the cosmic forces and to draw on inner self for the reaction necessary for the rebuilding as has been given the body. May through self call on these inner forces and gain that resistance through them - entity's development in the physical plane. Add these physical properties that will assist the physical organism of the body to give that aid to the functioning of the system - those necessary rebuilding forces in physical forces.

4. Taking then Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine, with a stimulant each morning for the pneumogastric circulation, such as will

be found in this combination -

5. To one gallon of rain water add eight ounces of Common Garden Sage, reduced by simmering (not boiling) to one quart.

6. Strain while warm and add four ounces of Cane Sugar, dissolved in warm or hot water.

7. Dissolve 30 grains Ambergris in one ounce of Pure Grain Alcohol and add to the solution.

8. Add 8 ounces of Gordon Gin with two drams Balsam Tolu - cut first before adding to the solution.

9. Add two drams of Cinnamon, preferably in the stick.

10. Now the dose to be dessertspoonful four times each day, taken about one-half hour before each meal and upon retiring and be sure to eat the meal.

11. Let the diet be of fruits and vegetable matter, see? Well, also should the body use that vibration from the Radio-Active Appliance as has been given for anemic conditions in physical forces [1800-6, Par. 6-A]. Do this and we will find we will bring normal conditions for the body. Take regular exercises, as has been outlined for this body. Sea air, sea water, rest would be good also, and rejuvenating to this body - [137].

12. We are through for the present.
