1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same.
2. EC: Now, we find that the general physical condition of this body is much improved from that as we have had here before. There needs be kept within the physical forces of the body those properties that will be nerve building and body building influences in the physical make-up of the system. With that condition eliminated that is and was the source of that producing the taxation in toxic forms within an anemitized, or a tendency towards anemia, there is seen that, that which will give the body building, and produce resistance within the vital forces of the body, will be the better conditions for this body.
3. The eliminations and assimilations must be kept in an equalized way and manner as much as possible. Be then in THIS way, for the better conditions:
4. Keep in the open air and sunshine as much as is possible, with as few clothing as is possible - regular sun baths, evenings and mornings, would be well for the body, see? But do not over heat the body in exercise physically, nor over crowd the body in general crowds. That which is as necessary for the general welfare, the mental forces takes care of, but avoid unnecessary crowds, see?
5. Well that beef, iron and wine be taken in small quantities. Begin with, say, half the quantity as is ordinarily taken (Wyeth's we would give as the best), and, as the system will assimilate this, increase.
6. Oils for the system. As much olive oil or cod liver oil as the body will assimilate. Never overcrowd it, see. These general conditions, with those vibrations as is seen in the Radio-Active forces, will keep the body near physically fit. Do that, [137].
