1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of the body at the present time, and you will answer in detail the questions I ask you regarding this.

2. EC: Yes. Now, we have had these conditions here before, and we find that - with some fresh cold and congestion, combined with re-infection - the conditions have again become exaggerated from that as when last we had this here, and we find, too, that the condition as has been treated in part is as treating the effect, rather than treating the cause; or as trying to remove blades of grass and not removing that that grows same - or, with the fertile soil, same continues to put forth those hindrances as here. With the continual congestion from conditions in the hypogastric and gastric regions - we find the disturbed circulation, the hindered elimination, continue to cause pressure in the head, neck, throat, and the whole of the sensory system.

3. By the use of antiseptics alone, in congested portions - as in nostrils, ears, throat, eyes - relief will be found from the external secretions as are formed, and prevent the re-infection - for tissue is involved, as is seen, and by applying those elements as given, internally, for the gastric conditions, and by stimulating with the massage of the equal portions of myrrh and of the olive oil in the centers as are seen from the solar plexus to the base of brain - stimulation to these centers - will enable the body to throw off these conditions through their normal channel, and thus reach the base or cause of these conditions.

4. Rest necessary - as is rest for the digestive system in the manner given, for to cause this center (the gastrics) to again become in that condition of throwing refuse in the upper circulation, rather than eliminating same through the dross channel, is as but adding fuel to the flame - and in the manner as OUTLINED should this be handled, see?

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) What antiseptic should be used for the eyes, nose, ears, etc.? (A) That as has been used in ears is very good, but do not

allow same to press so on drums as to HINDER, or give head noises, and produce trouble in those centers, or antrums, about the face, head and ears - for congestion and infection seek places to find their activity.

That in throat, eyes, and the nose - use that of the Glyco- Thymoline and Listerine, alternately. One as an alkaline, the other as an acid - gargling with these; bathing with the weak solution, or snuffing or spraying nostrils, as to clear this portion of the head.

Use the massage and rub at least twice each day.

As soon as the physical conditions permit, we would change to the warmer clime - such as Cuba, or Bahamas. These would be well, see? for six to eight weeks.

7. (Q) What may be done to aid in gaining strength and vitality? (A) Only giving that easily digested and assimilated by system, with the stimulation in the cerebrospinal system. First giving that internally that will turn the eliminations through their correct channels, as has been given. See?

8. (Q) In what proportion should the Glyco-Thymoline and Listerine be used? (A) In the throat and nostrils as gargle or spray, in normal quantity. That for eyes would be weakened very materially, of course - but when used in throat and nostrils, little will be required for eyes, see?

9. We are through for the present.
