1. EC: We have the body here.

2. Now we find while the body is under strain physically and mentally, the general conditions of the physical system are not so bad. The vitality, or the ability to store vitality is low, and the body needs that which will bring recuperation. While the body is under this strain physically and mentally, as exists with the body at present, medicinal properties would only add fuel to an already kindled, unsatisfactory, condition. Hence, as much relaxation as is possible for the body, with mild and gentle stimulants for the system, that do not bring about any too radical reaction with any general functioning system, will be the better at the present time. Such as: As much quietude when not at labor as possible. A gentle re-inhibition as tonic [Wyeth's?], such as iron, beef and wine - these in mild quantities, or in moderation - and the exercise that requires the TIRING of the physical, different from that of mental and physical strain as exercised in the daily labors, see? This kept up. These would be such as walking, or sitting in the open, in the sunlight, near sands, sea, and such. These, of course, should become later - when conditions are improved, which - as we see - will come about. Do that. We are through for the present.
