1. EC: Yes, we have the body [137] - this we have had before. In the physical forces of the body, STRAIN on the MENTAL system produces at this time the greater element or factor of disturbance. Hence we find in reaction the nerve and the circulation are apparently the heavier affected in the condition. In the reactions we find, while the body is not in particular pain, yet anxiety and weariness to body- physical is apparent to others - and disputed often by self. Hence there are many factors to be considered in that as would be better for the bringing about of normalcy for the physical body. Hence to approach that which would bring the perfect normalcy, under the stress and strain of the daily activities, is to almost defeat the purpose OF physical reaction with the beginning; or the BEST may not be obtained for self with the burning of the physical ENERGIES at both ends, or ways. Rest would be WELL - for a week, or ten days. The body mentally and physically rested would work wonders. Hence, as has oft been given, sea voyages are well, for the body rests mentally and physically. There are not MATERIAL conditions at present, other than weaknesses or TENDENCIES in directions as have often been outlined for the body. That which will materially aid in the present would be small doses of beef, iron and wine, that it may be assimilated, taken three times each day - small doses of same - teaspoonful sufficient. And a general relaxation for the mental and physical at least once each day. While the rest offers (that is, whole rest) the better manner for quick recuperation, these - under the stress and strain - will add MATERIALLY to the physical convenience of the body. Using an antiseptic for the soft tissue - throat, bronchials, and nasal cavities - ALTERNATING, however, between an acid and an alkaline reaction in the use of such conditions, see? that is, were those of an inhalant or spray of the bicarbonate of soda used, then such as that of a mild SALINE with that of Glyco may be used with same, see? These will add materially to the physical forces of the

body. Do that.

2. We are through for the present.
