1. GC: You will have before you the body of Mrs. [139] who is in Room 413, 2nd floor, Mt. Sinai Hospital, 99th & 100th Street & 5th Ave., N.Y. City. You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the relief and improvement of same, and you will answer the specific questions that I ask you regarding this.

2. EC: Now, we find the physical vitality of the body is in some respects better, yet there are those existent conditions in the functioning of the system that produces an unlikable condition in physical effects produced in the body, where the incisions show that the coagulation in those small veins that lead to the facial portions fail to produce the coagulation necessary to prevent the pressure and the flow of blood. This, then, weakens and brings to the nerve system those distresses in all portions where this blood finds the escape in the various parts of the system that are affected by this condition. This flow we find is along the 3rd nerve and is in that portion where the vent or leakage comes in the face. Then, we would give that the operation, as has been given might become necessary, be now performed in that same incision as made and this vent be cauterized or tied, or prevent from the pressure and leakage as causes the distress, see? Do that, then, in the next 8 to 10 hours, see?

3. (Q) This operation should be performed within the next 8 to 10 hours? (A) Should be performed within the next 8 to 10 hours. Or, as soon as the general system, see - for the digestive system, the whole system, the functioning of whole system, the cycle of circulation must be taken into consideration and system prepared for same, mentally and physically.

4. (Q) Just which artery or vein is it that should be bound up? (A) That following the 3rd nerve in the face, wherein incision crosses same, for it is along this center where the condition as given as regarding the paralysis might be expected, see? Hence the attempt to force the pressure

through other vents to prevent this condition, leaving this small vein or vent open, expecting coagulation, which does not take place, on account of the high tension and strain as produced in the system. Hence that suggestion, that given, that the pressure would be removed by the manipulation of centers in the cervical region, where the pressure, through strain from hypogastrics, brings this pressure to face and eyes, see? and how that the application of the rays in clarification of blood stream would produce, through the accumulations of the leucocyte and lymph in system, would produce healing properties to those portions.

Now, the operation is to induce or bring those pressures as relief from pressure, see? Or bring those ties to remove pressure and prevent leakage in these portions. Do that, then, as given, under these conditions at present.

5. (Q) How should it be reached, through the present incision or through another one? (A) Present.

6. (Q) Any further suggestions for the improvement of these conditions? (A) This, as given, we find would bring the better conditions, for this body, for as given, the physical vitality improved and more able to bear the present than the first, for this would be slighter, though as depressing to the vital forces. Hence the necessity of the preparation of body for operation. We are through.
