1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [141]. Now, as to the conditions which disturb the body-physical, these being of specific nature - and of the result of specific conditions; while there may come the removal of that as causes the distress, and such a change as to bring the almost whole recovery from the blindness, this will require persistency and time. While the conditions are considered (by most) as of permanent nature, there would be - with the removal of the pressure as is seen in the cervical and upper dorsal region - the re-vibration to the vision, and to the centers that produce same. This, then, we would do. Remove [osteopathically?] the pressure as exists in these regions, and remaining quiet for the time necessary for these corrections; and adding to the vibrations of the system those of the necessary elements to induce resuscitation of nerve energy through that portion so disordered. These we would find by the application of the low form of electrical vibration, as maybe gained from the application of the wet battery, [Wet Cell Appliance], or more particularly by the dry CELL formation, carrying into the system those of vibrations from those of extracts from celery into the blood stream direct; using also, during the rest period, those from the Degnen's vibration of the Radium Appliance. These would bring a different reaction in the system, and bring about the resuscitation of this condition.
2. Begin with this. Then we may give those necessary changes as come from the changing in the system for eliminations and for the upbuilding of the general vitality. We are through for the present.
