1. GC: You will give a physical and mental reading for this body, giving cause and cure of nightly actions. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the conditions as surround same. This we have had before. The general physical conditions are somewhat bettered from that as we have seen, while there are those elements and conditions that enter in to produce causes as bring some uneasiness or anxiety to others and to the body concerning conditions that apparently arise in physical reactions. Much of these conditions are of the psycho-conditions of body, or of psychological nature; yet true that pathological conditions are resultant at times.
3. Once again [as in 143-2 on 11/4/25] we find those elements of fear, apparently, entering in, especially when the body is left alone, or when some unusual changes - as appear to the body, though they are of nominal conditions - come about. These are not from the same sources entirely as that seen before, but are rather of the own imagination of a highly sensitive developing individual, or body, as has been given [in Life Rdg. 143-1?] as respecting the entity's personality and individuality.
4. Here we find conditions that may be accentuated by the attempt to subdue, through subjugation conditions that would bring destructive forces for the body; yet these may not be taken too seriously and the REVERSE builded in the system. These should rather be considered in the light of those conditions that have to do with the developing mental forces and the effect of psychic force in system and its relations to the physical body. Hence natural questions arise as to the source or location of psychic forces as manifest in a growing developing body such as this. These, then, are seen as manifesting here as of nerve impulses radiating from each nerve plexus where there is union between cerebrospinal, sympathetic, and the sensory system. Hence, the pathological or the physical reaction is that of a startled

body, shaking, fear, cold, clamminess, sweats, rigidity, and such conditions arising from such reactions.
5. Now, to meet the needs of these conditions and to overcome same:
6. First, be mindful that there is no food value taken in the evening meal not easily assimilated. To be sure, this has been looked after in a greater way or manner.
7. Then, before ready for retiring, let quantity of plain water be taken. Do not use any character of sedative for the system. Rather that of the gentle massage over the cerebrospinal system, especially that of the upper dorsal and cervical region, massaging same in a circular motion. Cocoa butter, or any good cream (cold cream) may be used to massage in same, and this - as we find - with the gentle suggestion as the body falls to sleep; that the conditions from within will equalize themselves for the better development of the body mentally, physically, and spiritually. Almost that very formula would be well to use.
8. Should the conditions re-occur, then we would give further instructions for that to be met. No physical defect, as we find, produces same. Do not give, then, medicinal properties or medicated properties.
9. We are through for the present.
