1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. Now we find the conditions are a great deal better throughout the whole system at the present time, better than it was when we had it last, even. All of the forces in this body toward the elimination and the adjusting of the physical forces are being and have been corrected, you see. The condition as we find through the region of the centers governing the flow of the circulation to the sensory organism, especially, those to the sense of hearing we find, save in head, the correct vibrations in these to give the vibrations that overcome the condition in the system.
2. With the change that has come in the general physical condition of the body we would, at the present time, give that vibration necessary to produce within the vital forces of the system those vibrations that will overcome the condition as produced, that is, in the second cervical at present. Use then, this:
3. To one gallon and a half of rain water, preferably in a glass container, add this: [Wet Cell Appliance] Plain charcoal....................1 lb., Heavy sea salt....................1 lb., Copper Sulphate...................1 lb., Sulphuric Acid, C.P...............1 oz., Zinc uncut........................6 drams.
4. This solution would charge itself be [it?] must be charged to give the correct vibration, and at the same time, to gain from the solution in its own vibration created by these elements being added together. While this then is being charged, there will be within the solution being charged, a one pound bottle of iodine, either suspended or laying in solution, glass corked. Give the vibration of low voltage and high amperage until the discharge from the battery so formed gives off at least five and one half (5 1/2) ohms. The poles now would both be of heavy copper preferably held in place by a piece of board or wood suspended across the top, the small wires attached to each

of these poles and have a small plate attached to each wire, one end of wires attached to plate, and one end of wires attached to poles. Let one pole have the plate of copper, the other, the opposite or negative pole, the plate of silver, see. When attached to the body, one would be attached at the 3rd and 4th cervical now, the other to the opposite side of body from which this may be attached either to left or right ankle. After the solution gives off voltage lower than two ohms have recharged in the same manner, see.
5. (When recharged each time the poles and wires and everything except the glass container and the one pound bottle of Iodine are to be changed, see. Made up in the same manner, but have new supply.)
6. Be well that this be used at least thirty minutes each evening before retiring, that the body may have the reaction from this vibration in the resting of the physical body, so that the body will produce through its own nerve energy and vibration that which will affect the hearing in its proper form, see.
7. Be well if at the 3rd and 4th or at least once each evening in a week, let the change in the place of vibration be changed from ankle to the upper portion of the trunk part of body midway between the umbilicus and the breast bone. Once each week this occurs. Each other evening it will be attached to the cervical and the ankle. In the once each week will be at the center of body and the cervical. Do that, and we will find we will bring the vibration to the tentacles of the nerve system sufficient to carry the circulation properly to the body and rejuvenate the nerves of the ear proper to receive vibrations sufficient for the hearing in the right side to become nearly normal. Do that as we have given.
8. (Q) How must this battery be charged, Mr. Cayce? (A) With low amperage and high voltage from direct battery vibrations used to charge batteries and until the ohmage from this battery at least reaches five and one-half ohms.
9. (Q) Must the battery be charged from a storage battery or direct from a charging outfit. (A) We have just given it. Do as we have given.
10. (Q) In applying to the body, should the hands be insulated and how? (A) No.
11. (Q) Should the wires or poles be left in the solution when not in use? (A) They may be. The poles should be of heavy copper. The small wires, whether attached or disattached, should not

come in contact with each other when not attached to the body.
12. (Q) Should the chiropractic treatments be kept up? (A) These would only be given every other week to make the perfect adjustments as the change is given in the system. They are necessary to keep the correct vibrations in order but only given every other week. Vibrations from the battery each evening for thirty minutes just before retiring.
