1. EC: Yes. Now, we have the body here. We find there are those conditions that cause distress at times through the physical forces of the body. These conditions are produced by a complex, or by a condition that is of many sources, producing, then, that that is hard to be dealt with without reaching the source or the cause of the condition, for this has to do with the coordination and the metabolism of the system.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [152], we are speaking of. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find as one of those conditions hard to be met, on account of other disturbing elements producing in same that as is one of those contributing conditions to the distresses caused in system. This carrying, then, at times much of the drosses that should be eliminated from the system, causing distresses in the nerve ends, especially those centers having to do with locomotion from the plexus governing these portions of the system. The nerve system, being over relaxed in many portions of the body, assuming or taking up these poisons, attempts to eliminate same through its functioning - this causing distress to the body.
4. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, with this disturbed nerve condition, and with the improper eliminations being carried on in the system, we find the organs of elimination at times show such a clogged condition as THESE conditions are considered then the greater distress - as is seen in the digestive system, as is seen in the liver and intestinal tract, and in the kidneys - ALL becoming involved without becoming localized in the condition, for those stresses as have been produced in the system to bring about the normalcy have assisted at times, yet have never brought the perfect coordination, nor the perfect equilibrium throughout the system.
5. As we would give to meet the needs of these conditions, we would have three SPECIFIES for the condition. Not

medicinal properties direct, but rather as these:
6. First we would, through osteopathic manipulation, so adjust the centers along the cerebrospinal system as to overcome this tautness and laxness as is exhibited in various portions of the cerebrospinal system. Some centers, especially those along the upper dorsal and the lower lumbar and sacral, show a laxness - while those as seen in the upper cervical and in the central dorsal regions show signs of lateral and circular lesions.
7. Then, as these conditions are relaxed, we would apply those vibrations as are found in the ultra Violet Ray - the Alpine or Rino Ray - to the body, at least twice each week. This overcoming the conditions in the nerve system and aiding the blood in its rehabilitation of properties as to produce rebuilding, and adding to the ability of elimination through the organs as are stimulated by the new rejuvenation of the blood stream.
8. Adding also, after these have been taken for ten to fifteen (10 to 15) days (which would mean THREE to SEVEN treatments of the Alpine Ray, and of SIX to EIGHT treatments of the adjustments osteopathically), those vibrations as would be found in wearing of the pad of the Radium Applicator.
9. Do that. We will bring the better conditions for this body.
10. After these have been used for thirty to sixty (30 to 60) days, we would then give that as is necessary for those changes to bring about a perfect equilibrium in the body.
11. Beware of meats while these are being taken, or of stimulants, either in the narcotic or of any carrying too much alcoholic PRODUCING properties in the intestinal system. Rather those of the coarser, rougher foods, that give the adjustments to the digestive system, in producing easy eliminations through the intestinal tract - overcoming these conditions through this manner and means.
12. We are through for the present.
