1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [165], and the various conditions as surround this body's present experience. Many of these we have had before. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) How can [165] relieve his immediate financial embarrassment? (A) This may be reached through many channels. Either those of speculative interests that may be created in given directions, or through channels where speculation may be made as regarding conditions and facts that may be developed by the body and body's endeavors. In the speculative end would be in stocks or bonds, in those of speculative interests would be in developments of those ideas or ideals of the body in given directions. Either of these may be made to relieve the present conditions.
3. (Q) Is it better to buy and sell stocks through my broker or through the East Coast Trading Company? [[900]'s office. See 900-446 on 7/13/29.] (A) Either or both may be made satisfactory. The outlook for East Coast Trading Company offers the surest and safest manner of investments in such directions, for these are controlled by influences that may not be surpassed while under those present influences.
4. (Q) What stocks shall the body buy during the August flurry? (A) Any of the utilities that show a sound basis for developments or expansion, or using the rails as the criterion for the making or breaking of any individual line, or taking these, themselves, may be well - but trading through a specific or a definite line, as the East Coast, would be better to invest or place any given amount and let this be used as is directed by those influences governing same; but never, of course, losing self's own interest or self's own control.

5. (Q) Name a specific one. (A) Ones that may be good today may not be good tomorrow! Any specifics - or, there are those that will be good for a great period of time, or for long time holdings, or for quick returns. Now, it has been asked for IMMEDIATE changes. Then watch radio, or watch C & O - or, for a LONGER return, Macy - or those of any of the utilities, as Tel & Tel or Western Union, or for Westinghouse, or of those characters. Those, of course, of steel or General Electric are those that change often, require large amounts for interests, yet may be made very much worth while.
6. (Q) How long shall he hold C & O? (A) These are given for quick returns. Change by the day, or by the two days.
7. (Q) What core should be used for carbon for the ash for Mrs. [409]? [See 409-1 on 7/19/29] (A) That of the solid in the upper light. That for the plain core in the lower light, or end.
8. (Q) Is Chicago the place to do the experimental work on health rooms? (A) Chicago very good center. Better would be in Schenectady.
9. (Q) Where can we find a physician to join the development staff for health rooms? (A) Gilbert of the ex-Hopkins' staff, or any of those in Chicago or New York that are interested in the electrotherapy as is being studied by many schools. Best that such an one be one with some vision, some money, and some personality. This may be best governed by those who would join with the body in the development of such lights or such rooms. Some connected with the General Electric or Westinghouse staff will be those to gain assistance from, and these are the channels through whom much may be gained in experimental ways and manners. Frisch [M.D.] of Chicago very good, will the body hold some association with such - or those of Taylor in New York. These have money, and personality, and quite a little brains!
10. (Q) How about Dr. Stein, formerly of General Electric? (A) Not so well - though a great interest may be held. Not the personality that is necessary to combine with the principles being worked out. Very material-minded.
11. (Q) Can impinging light rays give direction to radio activity? (A) It can!
12. (Q) How can we finance health room experimentation? (A) This, seemingly, rather a large proposition, viewed entirely from the material side - yet, will the body take hold of same in the manner much as has just been outlined,

not only may there be obtained sufficient for all of the experimentation but sufficient also to finance self to give much of SELF'S time to experimentation! Form first, of course, the group who are to be the holdings company of experimentations, as are to be made with such rooms or lights, and then associating self with those who have given much time, much thought, and with physician or physicians who have studied or have the inclination along such directions. Begin! Beginning, don't doubt but what we may give much that will be of help.
13. (Q) In meeting Kirschbaum as advised, is it advisable to mention the Cayce work? [Bernard W. Kirschbaum.] (A) Advisable to mention same, yes - after there has been approach as to that as sought through this connection; that is, use same rather as the holding power than as a prizing lever.
14. (Q) What improvement can we make in our set-up for manufacturing specialty furniture? (A) These are rather large conceptions, and should rather be in the way of a gradual development. Now, as has been given in this direction - and not as much thought given to same as should have been - periods, and period furniture in specialties are the greater possibilities.
15. (Q) What periods especially at this time? (A) Has it been considered as to what period is functioning in the earth's affairs today? Then follow those in that direction! Egyptian, to be sure!
16. (Q) Where can we find a financing partner who will put up $6000 cash for development work in specialty furniture? (A) Now, that's a hard thing to seek here. [Psychic sources.] There has been - here's a job - now ask yourself this! - there has been recently builded in New York a hotel - Now you find the hotel! - that is using in same exclusively various periods, and part of this body's [165]'s associations' finishes in the furniture used, see? This man will put up $16,000! Now YOU find the man!
17. (Q) What plant can best be secured to manufacture this furniture on a cost plus basis? (A) Best those of central Pennsylvania.
18. (Q) Will they carry the accounts? (A) That's asking right smart! Partially so, yes.
19. (Q) Will the two designers develop a successful line? (A) If one of those is that one who has been given reference to as with ability in the designers associated with the decorating end, yes.
20. (Q) Should [257] be interviewed on this? (A) [257] has stepped on his rights in this. Leave him out

21. (Q) Is the body properly thinking out the Cayce Boy Foundation? [GD's note: An educational project for boys?] (A) Properly lined up. Rather an extensive proposition for a beginning. Remembering, there are many outside associations willing and anxious to lend aid in this direction. That is the channel through which the foundation is considered, see? and taken into consideration some modifications - but the general line, yes; and a large field, and 0 the numbers that may be interested in just such an educational field! MANY are the large endowments that are seeking for just such an outlet to satisfy their own inner selves.
