Time of Reading 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill. (Body and enquiring mind - questions on business associations and relations, and all phases of his life)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [165]. This we have had before. Also those associations and business relations. These we have had in some respects before. However, these are seen to be changing, and changed in some relations, since last we had them. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Where is Harrington? [See 165-12, Par. 7-A.] (A) We have a man Harrington - we have a town -

3. (Q) The town. (A) Pennsylvania.

4. (Q) Where in Pennsylvania? (A) This a place, and the place for a factory of certain characters of furniture. This in the Susquehanna valley, but in the hills, and the individual (its small, sure) - the individuals through whom these developments will come, or may be so negotiated as to make developments, are attempting to make much at present. This county in valley here. Here it is, right here.

5. (Q) What county? (A) Nebro is the post office - N-e-b-r-o-, [?] [See 165-15, Par. 3-A.]

6. (Q) Why have I been unable to get the proper ash? (A) This can be made in the manner as has been outlined. Because this is not accumulative in large quantities is no reason why this may not be continued to be gotten, for its VALUE is, as has been GIVEN, beyond MEASURE in many instances. Only needs the burning of the carbons in the manner given, and the ASH, or the burning of the oxygen of the air and the condensation will be the result.

7. (Q) Does the word "vacuum" in the reading mean "air supply cut off as by a damper"? (A) Rather as to the space through which the oxygen is active.

8. (Q) Is the Mr. Simons mentioned [in 165-6, Par. 6-A] the same as the workman Simmons, employed by Victor Company? (A) The same.

9. (Q) What is the future of the proposed holding company for manufacturing furniture from Masonite? (A) Well, this particular product may be made as one of the fads for a period, at least, with ever changing conditions as these are developed in various lines. While there will be some obstructions, or some propositions seemingly hard to overcome, the ultimate developments should make such a holdings company very, very good.

10. (Q) Did Mr. Silk refuse to keep his appointment because not interested - or because actually too busy? (A) Mr. Silk interested, yet some phases are hard for the body to grasp - yet there is interest, and this will be made to grow.

11. (Q) In the drum of lacquer sent Carolina Wood Products are the qualities satisfactory for their continued use? (A) This should be. Now, there has been given information as respecting use of lacquers in this particular factory. As has been indicated, each product or factory and product of that factory presents oftentimes a distinct proposition for makers of lacquer, for lacquer - worked under different conditions - oftentimes presents different results. Now, apparently this may not be answered in this full explanation and just say "Yes", but conditions here are such that there needs be the due consideration GIVEN, for the conditions under which the lacquers are used. Used properly, and in the manner as the manufacturers would have same applied, satisfaction will be the result, yet there must be the MANNER that the CONDITIONS in the given factory may use. Then, that as has been given, the reason why there should be the demonstration in such conditions, or under such conditions.

12. (Q) Should Carolina install a testing laboratory? (A) Every factory that may be considered of note, should have such a laboratory, even as well as where ANY product is to be produced. This as necessary for such a laboratory for the Carolina Woods Products, as it would be for a testing laboratory of the lacquers or varnishes that would be used ON the product. They present the same conditions, when all phases of a production, the character of production, the quantity production and quality production, are considered. They should.

13. (Q) Will I have difficulty securing patent on my bed spring construction? (A) There are some difficulties to be encountered, on

165-14 Page 3

account of some patents that have been granted that are not being worked. These, as we find, are from two sources. One a St. Louis, Missouri concern. Another of a Michigan concern. However, the differentiation as exists between the actual operative forces in this should be sufficient that, with minor changes, the patent should be obtainable.

14. (Q) Through whom should I manufacture and market this bed spring? (A) There may be several considered. Any that are sufficiently well equipped, should be considered. Naturally, the place would be Jersey, or Brooklyn for DISTRIBUTION standpoint, rather than West or South.

15. (Q) In my business readings, in connection with paint formulation, what specific personality can I ask for to get best answers? [Spirit communication?] (A) Those interested in that phase of the business from which information, or of which information is sought.

16. (Q) Definite technical information is desired regarding improved formulas for manufacturing wall paints for New York interior decorators? (A) This is a large size order! These had best be divided into the various characteristics of the decorations sought; for, as is seen, the manner in which the application is to be made must also be considered. Also the pigment or the character of the decoration desired - for, when this is to be applied to certain forms of finishes, a different basis must be considered, or both of these considered, as given - but working from the basis of either pigments that are to be used in the various conditions - these may be approached from different angles. Rather would this be given under advisement. We will give this later.

17. (Q) Will we do better to make competitive price merchandise for that trade or better paints at required price? (A) Better paints at required price.

18. (Q) Is our proper display location over Erie Ticket Office on 40th Street, near 6th Avenue, New York - for finishing materials? (A) This very good. That doesn't mean much, in saying "Very good". The location and the display excellent. Change it rather more often. This, as understood, rather more expensive - but the display, the education as is necessary for peoples as are attracted to such display, are as necessary - and these will prove to be MOST helpful and beneficial in getting just what is desired before the public. The IDEA correct. The location good. The display well, but keep the changes and the contacts followed closely, or followed up closely.

19. (Q) Regarding Health Room Equipment, Incorporated, is our plan for a demonstrating room and office on 40th Street, adjacent to [165] & [5616] Company, satisfactory? (A) Satisfactory.

20. (Q) Where will our services as consulting engineers be first required? (A) In the various centers where these demonstrations call for such usages of engineers, in meeting the needs of those individuals and groups so interested. As to where - specific places - these may CHANGE; for who knows the mind of man? Even his Creator has given him his own will! In this connection, however, materially, there should be the demonstration also in the application as regarding more clinic work, or such natures. That is, under the supervision of engineers, and the medical, or the fraternity of better health service - such should also be conducted and this in centers where the GOOD effects may be most thoroughly demonstrated. Get it?

21. (Q) Should we employ both [3952] and Carlton [E. E. Carlton] now, or [3952] first? (A) As WE find, [3952] first. Carlton, as the developments and necessity demands.

22. (Q) To make Health Room Equipment, Incorporated, self supporting as soon as possible, which of our laboratory problems should we attack first? (A) That that has to do with most of the exterior portions of the body, rather than to those of the deeper or hidden conditions. For, as has been given as respecting this, in the various characters of equipment in such rooms, there are to be those that are to act in the way as of deep therapy, or for conditions as have to do with the structural portions of the body, as well as those that have to do with the exterior portions - or with the muscle, the tissue, the nerves, the whole of the functioning as is related to organs - while in the DEEP, or the stuctural portion, we go into that which affects the blood stream more direct, or that in which more of the more or less hidden bacilli is to be attacked, or the creating of bacilli to become destructive to other bacilli within the system. Hence, to make it more self-supporting, that which will show first, see? which is to the exterior, or the faster operation.

23. (Q) How soon will we be able to get [4995] full time for the work? (A) In twelve to fourteen moons.

24. (Q) We are convinced of the value to our work of finding one or more of the three elements as yet undiscovered. Can the readings lead us to them?

165-14 Page 5

(A) Only as the individuals seek along the various lines which are NECESSARY to develop same. In the correction of this formula, that formula, or another - in making same, may the directions be given.

25. (Q) Where shall the raw material be found containing one of them? (A) There are many places from which raw materials may be obtained. There are, in certain localities in Texas, those materials from which most ALL of these elements may be obtained. This, as we find, is in Llano County.

26. (Q) Is it an ore? (A) An ore.

27. (Q) How far down? (A) This has been experimented with to some extent. It is an element, or an ore, in which these EASY elements are also found. The depth - there is a large or long vein of same extending from ravine to a creek bed. This runs almost North and South, opening on surface, in ravine.

28. (Q) What is the name of the ore? (A) Those in which it, the element sought, is next to - is platinum, or platinite - of gold, and arsenic. This may not be refined through the ordinary coring and distillation, but will be necessary to work from a different angle. Leading together the drosses LOSES one of the elements sought, but SILVER AND lead - of which they are - these two - have an attachment, or a coalition of in certain forms - WILL gather same in an electric coring of the ore.

29. (Q) My increasingly involved temporary financial embarrassment requires help. (A) Then gain through those sources as have been opened for the body [Health Rooms Equipment, Inc.?] those necessary needs of the hour.

30. That is all the questions.
