Time of Reading 12:05 P. M. Bellingham, Wash. (Physical, Mental and Spiritual Suggestion)
1. EC: Now, we find this body very good in the physical, mental and spiritual. The body is well outlined in the relation as each bears with the other, in its relation between physical, mental and spiritual body.
2. In the physical, we find there are physical attributes in the body that are abnormal for the body and these may be corrected through spiritual and mental attitude, as well as through the physical conditions that bear relation one to another.
3. Now, these are conditions in the physical as we find in this body, [180] we are speaking of. First:

IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY IN SYSTEM, we find there is that division in the blood where the system becomes unbalanced in functioning of some of the organs, produced by a functioning condition in organs rather than in a blood condition, though the condition produced has affected and does affect the blood supply in system, so that there are other organs that find themselves under strain of the system, when the system should be so equalized as to remove all strains from the body. This is found, especially, in the locomotary centers; and the distress as caused to the extremities at times from poor circulation is as a manifestation of these conditions existing in system, so that with all circulation in the centers as receive these impressions this is a production of conditions in the system and the blood supply showing the manifestation of same in physical forces. Also in the secretions as are shown in glands that do not bear relation to the ducts of such glands but secrete directly into the circulation that is necessary to carry on the effect as is necessary for the organs in that portion of the system to function in physical forces for the betterment of system. Hence the distress as is caused in the intestinal tract, that in throat, larynx, bronchials, nasal cavity comes from these conditions, and the depression in these organs shows the seat or cause of physical conditions existing producing same, while the mental and spiritual forces manifesting

themselves and itself through the organs of the system keep these, as it were, in abeyance, else we would have the condition formed into that of the malignant form that would separate itself in the system and become destructive elements in the physical.
5. In the mental forces in the body with these, we find the application of that that acts through nerve system sufficient to create in the functioning organs that to impel the forces in the system to come nearer the subjugation of the physical, as we find in this body from the physical, spiritual and mental attributes a condition considered from the pathology of the physical a thorough manifestation of each in its separate, yet a unit whole, operating in a physical body, in this body here, [180], we are speaking of.
6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find much under the subjugation of mental and spiritual elements and forces in body, though these plexuses in locomotaries, lower lumbar and in the first dorsal, show conditions in the epineurium of the nerve center so governing these that the manifestations are shown, and these need, by physical forces, to be relieved or removed from the system by physical application of vibrations necessary to make all in accord, and for the system to receive the perfect equilibrium throughout the system.
7. We find in the organs of the body themselves, these functioning under the conditions as given in blood supply under strain, mental supply above normal and the organs receiving that as administered through physical, mental and spiritual forces acting upon each organ in the system with the direction of that suggestion force becoming universal in each organ in the system, when directed in their element of spiritual and mental force necessary to create an equilibrium.
8. In the mental body, in this we find one well given to the understanding of those elements necessary to create in and by and through the physical that necessary for the needs of the physical body when under spiritual guidance. In the spiritual entity one well developed, and an old soul and spirit. One far advanced in the material world in more than one way. One better attaining the development for the present physical plane through study of self from the pathological conditions existing, with its (the pathological condition's) relation to physical forces in a spiritual and mental light.
9. Follow then as this: Remove from the system by consistent diet for the needs of the system to create the necessary elements of equilibrium in physical body. By

massage of the deep nature removing the congestion caused in the lumbar and upper dorsal region, keeping all under the subjugation of the spiritual attributes in this physical body of [180].
10. Do that and the body will develop itself above many, many, that we find in this sphere.
