1. EC: Now, we find this body very good in the physical forces forces in many ways, yet there are those abnormal conditions which, were they corrected, would bring about much better conditions, physically, for the body, and it would be more able to function in the normal way and manner, thereby bringing many better conditions, many better possibilities for the spiritual development of this body in the present earth's plane.

2. Now, these are the conditions as we find them in this body Mrs. [185], we are speaking of. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we find the evidence of the physical conditions as are existent in the general system, and in the specific organs that are affected by the condition.

4. The blood, in its elements and constituents, is overcharged, for the eliminations are poor. Hence the surcharging of the blood, or the carrying in same of the toxins that should be eliminated from the system; the over-pressure produced by this same condition, and by the effect as is produced by other conditions, that affect the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexuses.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this very good in many ways. There are, however, those specific centers that show how the system is unbalanced as to the functioning of the cerebrospinal centers in various ganglions. In the solar plexus ganglion, especially, do we find the effects of the lesion that causes the disturbance in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces very good.

7. Organs of the sensory system function normal for existent conditions in the nerve system and in the blood supply.

8. Throat, lungs, bronchials and larynx, show the effect of over-secretions in the body, and especially of how that the surcharging of the blood brings the phlegm in undue quantities to the throat, through those effects of the

pressure from the diaphragm, when the gases form on the stomach.

9. In the heart's action there is reflected the effect of the nerve condition and of the blood supply.

10. Digestion shows how that the gastric juices of the stomach becomes involved, through the inactivity of the emunctories of the liver and kidneys.

11. The liver then, being the greater seat of the trouble, shows the more exaggerated conditions of the system, being engorged in the right lobe and a tendency (though not wholly so) of atrophy in the left. Hence, we have the action as is produced in the system, especially in the capillary circulation, which brings about those achey, dull conditions to the body, tendency of dull headaches, fullness to the extremities, especially to the hands, fingers, and to the feet and lower limbs; aching in the joints at times, fullness in the stomach, tendency towards constipation, over activity of the kidneys at times, burning sensation as is produced at the passage of urine, which becomes highly excited, or high colored, by the conditions being eliminated through these channels.

12. In the intestinal tract, and especially through the lacteal ducts, is found much of a reflection of condition in the liver.

13. In the kidneys, being overtaxed, are engorged, and these show the effect as is produced by an unbalanced equilibrium between the kidney and the liver, in the activity of each. Hence the metabolism of the system is unsatisfactory to the general condition of body.

14. Then, to bring the normal conditions to this body, first would be to take that in the system that will create that that necessary incentive for the system to function nearer normal in the eliminations, at the same time producing a stability to the assimilation that will give strength and vitality to the depleted condition of the general system, see?

15. Take, then, THIS, prepared in this manner: To 1 gallon of rain water, add: Sarsaparilla Root...............4 ounces, Wild Cherry Bark................2 ounces, Calisaya Bark...................1 ounce, Peruvian Bark.................1/2 ounce, Sassafras Root Bark...........1/2 ounce, Elder Flower....................2 ounces, Mandrake Root..................15 grains,

Buchu Leaves...................10 grains.

16. Reduce by simmering to 1 quart. Strain while warm and add 4 ounces grain alcohol, with 3 drams Balsam of Tolu cut in it.

17. The dose would be teaspoonful 4 times each day.

18. While these properties are being taken, let the diet be principally vegetable foods. Little or no meats, save fowl or fish, and NEVER any fried foods of ANY character. Eggs and milk. Little of other stimulants of coffee or tea.

19. After the half quantity has been taken of these properties, begin with the violet ray, applying same to the whole length of the cerebrospinal system, for at least 5 to 10 minutes each evening. Same may be applied to the under side of each joint; that is, under the knees, across the hips, in the armpits, in the elbow, about the neck and base of the head also, as well as along spine.

20. This we find will bring the normal conditions for this body. Do that.
