This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 5th day of May, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [195].

Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Dayton Time. ..., Ohio.

1. GC: You will have before you [195], present in this room, and his associations with [4687] of Denver, Colorado. You will answer the following questions, as I ask them, regard- ing this association.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here and those associations with [4687] of Denver, Colorado. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is [4687] prepared to make proper settlement? (A) We find there will be the attempt again to delay. There is in part preparation made for settlement, provided this cannot be delayed further.

4. (Q) How much settlement? (A) For two-thirds.

5. (Q) Has [4687] any concealed assets? (A) He has assets that are concealed; that is, so that cannot be reached by outside, or by any judgements against personal, other than that as is available through these conditions or relations. Some of these are wife's mother and wife.

6. (Q) Is there any special precautions that [195] should take, or any suggestions as to presenting evidence? (A) The conditions as they are set at present are very good. There may be some conditions, or evidence attempted to be presented by [4687] that the representative of [195] should be in position to meet same. That is, as reference to some conditions or associations with others in the East, New York, and promises as were made for these considerations when the developments were made, for there were to be others; that is, that were in the East, that were to supply certain funds for certain conditions. Some were never supplied. Some will be offered as were supplied in part.

7. (Q) Who are these associations? (A) Gar [?] - Gial [?] - is all we get. Gayle or -

8. (Q) Gayle of New York? (A) Of New York.

9. (Q) Would it be advisable to accept two-thirds offer of compromise? (A) Be advisable to accept two-thirds offer of compromise, provided all other claims as would be or might be presented

against the association were taken care of by [4687].

10. (Q) Would this offer include other deals other than Connell matter? (A) Include other deals.

11. (Q) In the Ruby suit, which [195] won and which is to be appealed, should [195] make offer of compromise or fight suit? If compromise, how much? (A) The compromise as has been offered would be acceptable to Ruby party, and if only held out and offered again, letting them (Ruby's representatives) make the approach, we will find it would be settled through this means and in better manner than carrying through suit, for either.

12. (Q) How much was this compromise? (A) One-third - and attorney fee.

13. (Q) Any other suggestions for [195] connected with these associations? (A) No. Only follow these, as we have given here.

14. (Q) Will offer of compromise be made in cash? (A) Settlements of and through some holdings, and cash - yes. Utah. This is labor as is performed on properties in Wyoming, Utah, Dakota.

15. (Q) How will the balance of settlement be secured? (A) Cash and the offering.

16. (Q) How would [195] be secured or guaranteed in the balance that is not paid in cash? (A) In holdings in other portions of the association that would be put up. Be some that would be very valuable.

17. (Q) They will offer him these holdings? (A) Offer him these holdings?

18. (Q) Are they worth anything? (A) Some are very valuable. Especially those here where the spring is.

19. (Q) Are they leases or patented lands? (A) Patented lands and lease.

20. (Q) Where is this Spring? (A) Patented lands - Utah.
