1. GC: You have before you the property to be subdivided known as Sunnylan five miles North of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on the Dixie Highway. You will answer the following questions regarding same, as I ask them:
2. (Q) Relative to investments in business lots in Sunnylan tract would these be profitable for quick turn and at what advance? (A) Profitable, at 75-90 percent advance.
3. (Q) Would lots facing on Dixie Highway be more profitable than lots on Sunnylan Blvd.? (A) For quick return Sunnylan Blvd; for longer time Sunnylan Blvd.
4. (Q) Where on Sunnylan Blvd. would the best value be, near Blvd. or near Ocean? (A) Near the central portion of that lying between highway and ocean.
5. (Q) Will Sunnylan tracts develop and improvements be rushed to completion? (A) Be rushed to completion, and developments will be rushed.
6. (Q) Will activities last there a year or two without a lull? (A) Eighteen months.
7. (Q) Would business lots on east fork of Dixie Highway be more valuable than property on west fork? (A) On east fork.
