1. GC: You will have before you [195], of ..., Ohio, and the enquiring mind of this body, especially that phase of same regarding his business association and investments, and you will answer the questions, as I ask them, regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind [195]. This we have had before, as relating to many various phases of conditions and facts as existent in the life and associations of the entity. These, as we see, have been some to the good, some to the detriment of entity, guided and directed rather by the spirit of the action of those associated with same rather than by the actions of the entity as related to same, see? For many conditions arise in the life, and in the happenings of each individual, which if studied from the different viewpoints from which they might be viewed would bring a better understanding in a material world. For the material conditions, spiritual conditions, and the relations between each, show the two battling conditions as exist in the world - called God and Christianity on one side, with flesh and the devil on the other. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Regarding the 2000 acre tract of land near Wellton, Arizona, would it be advantageous to sell land at this time, keeping the oil and mineral rights? And what price should the land bring per acre at this time? (A) There are many different conditions that enter in with the speculative conditions as exist in the sale of this property. As has been given (for we have had this before) [See 195-1], there is much to be made financially from that contained within the boundaries of this land. However, if these [funds] were used judiciously, and to settle many conditions that are arising at the present time, well that this be disposed of. For, as we see, there are water rights, there are taxes, there are other conditions existent that relate to this, with association of other individuals. This should bring, at the present, sixteen to twenty (16 to 20) per acre. [3/22/26 See 195-25, Par. 1.]

4. (Q) Relative to investments in Atlantic Gulf & West Indies stock, will this advance before Dec. 30, 1925? To what figure, and what date will high point come? (A) This, as we see, will advance, though at the present time there are many different raids being contemplated to create the bear movement in the market, and same will occur until the Thanksgiving Day, see? For there will be falling off and gaining again, see? Then after this there will be the advance until about the middle or the twentieth of December, see? reaching 70 - 75, falling - 68. December 9th to 10th, falling 50, advancing many points then falling 20 to 25 points. Then advancing still again to 80, see? These occurring in the first three weeks of December, see?
5. (Q) Relative to investment in July Wheat, will weather conditions be abnormal in 1926, such that wheat is harmed, causing a shortage? What figure will be the low for July Wheat? For September Wheat? About what date for low figure? What date for high figure? How high will July and September Wheat go? (A) In that as relative to wheat conditions, we find that in this commodity there are more different conditions entering that cause greater fluctuations in the market than in most any of the commodities. The crop conditions in various parts of the world affect same. The ability of individuals to store great quantities, and same for the time being lost sight of. For this is easily preserved when stored properly, see? The change at the present time in that of the stored wheat, and that of the new crop, gives the quick changes at the present time. Then, to give the prices as would be seen on December wheat, or September wheat of next year, would be to enter some special field. Not given from here at present, see?
6. (Q) What figure will be the low for July wheat? (A) This too far ahead as yet, you see; for as given there are too many conditions that enter in, see? For some of these become the spirit of conditions, some become the action of man individually, some become weather conditions, you see. Either of these may be given, but their association is man's intent.
7. We are through.
