1. GC: You will have before you the appliance that has been prepared by E. M. Teter of Dayton, Ohio, for dissolving vegetable oils, preparatory to making soap without the use of acid. This is under the trade name Ritz. You will answer the questions I ask regarding this, also regarding the July cotton futures.

3. (Q) Will the company now being formed by said Teter, Rike and Paul of Dayton, Ohio [E. M. Teter, Fred Rike, Charles H. Paul], to manufacture Ritz soap and cleaners, be successful from the start? (A) This, as we find, will be successful in a measure from the start. After the first six months successful, for the next three years. Then some trouble when changes come in the management of same, for it will grow into a distributing center, and there will be many changes as will be necessary to come about in the expansion of the business. It would be well, though, to invest in such at the present time, provided Paul and Rike - as long as these - are in charge, very good.
4. (Q) Is the product worthy of large distribution and manufacturing? (A) Worthy.
5. (Q) Will the company make money from the start? (A) As given.

(A) Just as given, after the first six months begin to grow into a large institution, and will be a large institution, and it is a favorable investment for at least three years or until it becomes - in the minds of some who handle or control, or have charge, to change into a different way of handling. As long as Paul and Rike are in charge, it is a good investment - much money made.

8. (Q) Will futures go off from present low values? (A) Very little, yet a little during the present month - then advancing, reaching the highest, as given, in March '27.
9. (Q) What month will find July futures at the lowest? (A) Just given.
10. (Q) Will July futures have a rise in 1927? (A) As given.
