1. GC: You will have before you [195], of the [182] [195] Mfg. Co., ..., Ohio, and his investments and business association, and you will answer the questions respecting same as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions as regarding investments and business association. Some of these, we find, we have had here before. We find there are some conditions as respecting both investments and business associations that have given the body-mind of the entity considerable anxiety, and present to the entity many difficult situations. Yet, as we see and find, many of these will adjust themselves in a very satisfactory manner, especially that as respecting the investments in grain. In the reports as are seen in the wheat and corn market, there are flurries caused by reflections of [trends?] in the money and the bond market; yet these will advance - during a portion of the coming week - to that point that will give profit to the body in his investments in oats. The advance should be to at least fifty-two to fifty-six (52 to 56), see? but when the entity has the profit above that as is seen in fifty-two (52), take same, see? Ready for questions.
3. There are many other conditions that bring some anxiety, especially the action of individuals in whom the body has begun to have doubts or lost confidence. Some, as seen, who live in the same city as the entity, and those relations have brought strained and troubled conditions to the entity. These, too, we find, will be clarified through the changing of conditions respecting many of these.
4. (Q) Relative to May Oat investment, would it be better to take loss at present figure, or hold option? (A) Hold option, as is seen, would be better, by the outline of information as given, and if the entity follows those reports as have been and as are being made respecting the grain market in the various markets of the world. For, as we see, the Argentine and South American, and Australian, are now in that position of being harvested. Yet we find the northwest, the Liverpool, the Singapore, and many of the

centers are still holding the prices up, making an advance in all grain crops.
5. (Q) Relative to Keapsit Bottle Co., will it be necessary to reorganize, or will Frank C. Terry, the president, be able to raise his ten thousand dollars and take up stock? (A) In regards this, we find there has been much anxiety and trouble and speculation by the entity as respecting these individuals and their actions. As we find, it would be better to use some pressure, diplomatically, in forcing the issue with Frank C. Terry. While it may be necessary to bring pressure to the point of CONTEMPLATING reorganization, we find the abilities of the entity good, and, handled in the proper way and manner, would be an asset. In this way there might be brought about the abilities of the entity, Terry, to raise necessary funds. But we would insist that this be done before the bottle market opens in the next two months - that is, February and March. By the first of March, you see, or first of April, these should be all straightened out and working. See?
While the organization would succeed without the president, or Terry, or the one acting as president, there would be troubles arising from the manner or way in which the control is held of those patents and those conditions respecting the manufacture of this particular bottle. See? Hence the diplomatic way in which this should be handled - that is, the pressure would be in the manner of the honest integrity of the individual, and those promises, and those CONTRACTS that have been made respecting this. Follow this rather closely, for this - as has been given - will bring piles and piles of moneys, see? [See 195-33, Par. 6-A.] Don't turn this loose, for any consideration!
6. (Q) When will this be brought to a head? (A) When the issue is forced. Should be before the first of March, see?
7. (Q) Is Terry sincere in his relations with others of the Co., relative to raising his share of money? (A) Sincere in his attempted action, yet there is still back of the action that idea (which is not wholly true) of the safe position of the body, or entity, as respecting those relations with others, see? and the actions tend to make the others question the sincerity. And on such lines should the pressure be brought to bear - in a diplomatic way and manner.
8. We are through for the present.
