1. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [195]. These we have had here before. The dreams, as we see, come to the body through those channels as has been outlined, and may be used by the entity in gaining that better understanding of the various phenomena of life, and how each are applicable in the lives of others, and for the development of self. Ready for dreams.
2. (Q) Early hours of Sunday morning, July 3, 1927, at ..., Ohio. Dreamed that I was going to some kind of a meeting at night. I was walking through hilly country taking high road. Noticed someone walking on lower road. I crossed over ruins of old home, recognizing the old home of my uncle (Geo. S. [...] of San Gabriel, California), which is near new home. Thought how nice it would be to see all the family after the meeting. Crossed an old fountain - there was an obstruction around fountain. I climbed the fence - was accosted by young military guards, seemingly boy scouts - was escorted before some tribunal and asked to give account of myself. I said I was from ..., Ohio, formerly from California. Gave full details. I was told my case was under consideration and I left. Seemed to be on a boat overlooking much water when one of the guards said I was wanted. I followed, and tribunal said after considering my case I was to be courtmartialed next day - that I should give matter thought and could either defend myself or have someone defend me. I left soon and the thought came to me to have my cousin Major Geo. S. [...] defend me. (A) In this we find there are seen the emblematical conditions as respecting meeting contemplated by the entity, and the entering in an association with same. As is seen when the entity climbs to that source from which - as represented by the fount, or that place from which the greater knowledge may be obtained - there is seen the line of the criticism as may be expected by the entity from so doing; yet, as is seen, there is then opened - by this

gaining a portion of knowledge - the greater expanse of knowledge than even from the fount, in the large amount of water as is seen associated when the entity is called to the tribunal. The thought, the intent, the purport in self to have OFFICER address or defend the entity, is as from those sources upon which the entity may call for the better understanding of all of life. And as each applies in the life the entity may gain through same that knowledge wherein the greater development comes to the entity, irrespective of censure or of any criticism that may be presented by others. For, as is seen, the presentation of criticism is as of the raw recruit, or of ones of little understanding. Be not afraid. Rather gain that claim whereupon the greater understanding, and the ability to apply same, may come into the life of self. Ready for question.
