We also have those associations with the [[182]] & [195]] Manufacturing Company, and those conditions surrounding some changes as may be made, or is might be necessary, in the expansion or the various conditions as surround same. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Would it be advantageous to sell the whole of [[182] & [195]] Mfg. Co. to Herrick & Co. of Cleveland at this time? 5. (Q) Would it be better to sell my half interest to other parties - or should Mr. [182] sell his half interest? Would it be more advantageous for me to join him in sale or retain my half interest in company? (A) This, of course, presents the many various phases of the conditions that have arisen, and as the various offers as have been made by the various conditions the entity, the body, may retain the whole or the half interest as is seeming best for the best interests of the body - for, as has been and is seen, while conditions are such that it may be made advantageous to float securities and continue with business, and the expansions that may be made with same, there are opportunities offered by the retaining of self's interest and [182] retiring that would be advantageous to the body - yet we find, as has been given, for the TWO to

6. (Q) Will competition from Huffman Company of Dayton on their new measure be of any seriousness? and when? (A) This we do not find offering any serious competition, for to consider from those conditions which surround the new measure, there will arise some troubles with the management of these conditions that will be unsavory.

7. (Q) Will [[182] & [195]] Mfg. Co. business in 1928 show increase over 1926 and 1927? (A) Will show an increase over 1926 and 1927 - for there has been given that there are those changes being made which will make the use of those products manufactured by the company become the more in demand in the various portions of the country.

8. (Q) To what extent will it show increase? (A) From fifteen to twenty-two percent (15 to 22%).

9. (Q) Any further advice that will be of assistance to [195] regarding this? (A) The only condition as may be considered serious is as that relationship and those conditions as have arisen wherein there has been and is some misunderstandings. Clear these away and continue as has been given.
